The spacious, lovingly and extensively equipped and family-friendly holiday home above Lake Garda offers ample space for 4 guests.
Our holiday home is located in the "Villaggio die Sunclass" holiday park, approx. 500 m above the lake and nestles gently on a large slope at the end of the Tignale plateau in the "Alto Garda Bresciano" nature park.
The first thing that catches your eye and will remain in your memory is the view of the Monte Baldo mountain range opposite. Whether from the terrace or from the living area, the view over the green forest to the mountain range is fantastic at any time of day.
The house, with its secluded terrace near the pool, is in a quiet location and is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Whether as a romantic couple, with friends or as a family, everyone will find the right accommodation here.
The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of crockery and cutlery, and the house also has a TV, radio, WiFi, travel guides, hiking descriptions, books, games and a barbecue. The free pool is within walking distance and you can also buy cool drinks and snacks from the kiosk while you are by the pool.
During the summer season you can also order fresh bread rolls and pick them up at the administration/pool in the morning
A footpath leads from the house to the cosy centre of Gardola with its excellent pizzerias and osterias. It is definitely worth exploring the centre of Tignale. In summer there is always a programme in the evenings with a small summer market, live music, bingo evenings etc.
If you like hiking, you can also make your way to the mountain peak of Cima Piemp with its mountain hut, the Tignale waterfall or Montecastello. Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park on Lake Garda belongs to Gardola, the main town in the municipality of Tignale, on the edge of the "Parco Alto Bresciano" nature park. Due to the large area, all the bungalows in the complex have a sufficiently large distance to their neighbours.
The large swimming pool (25 x 10 m) with surrounding sun terrace and sunshades and loungers (free of charge) is the lively centre of the holiday park. It is ideal for families with children: there is a separate children's pool with a small slide as well as a separate baby pool. Official lifeguards are employed during the season.
The lake alternates between quiet bays and lively towns such as Limone, Campione, Gargnano and Saló. There are more than 20 picturesque villages directly on its shores, which can also be reached by boat. But it is also worth travelling a little further afield, as Lake Garda has much more to offer. Well-known cities such as Verona, Milan and Venice are certainly worthwhile destinations.

Since the beginning of 2023 we are the owners of Casa Monte Vista in the holiday park Villaggio di Sunclass/ Tignale. We have invested a great deal of time in furnishing and equipping the house according to our wishes and ideas. This house is our second house in the holiday park. Our children spend a lot of the year at the house with their friends and acquaintances. The nearby pool and the nearby hiking possibilities are particularly appealing to them. We are happy to make the free times of the year available to interested travellers, couples and families. Discover Lake Garda and Tignale with its beautiful corners and special way of life. We have always had good contact with our guests and will provide you with detailed directions and the latest information about Lake Garda, Tignale and our holiday park when you book. Before, during and after your stay, we are of course always available to answer any questions, give tips or make suggestions.
