* THE OUTDOORS offer a private swimming pool 10,5m x 4m with a fully automated salt electrolysis system and with hydro-massage, huge sun deck area with 8 sun deck chairs, a swing sofa, a playground with two swings, a slide and another area with hammocks under the shade of oak trees, few sun umbrellas, a covered lounge corner in front of the Summer kitchen, a traditional barbecue (woods/charcoal), an outdoor shower and a separate toilet. There are 4 mountain bikes for your use and an organic garden with seasonal vegetable like tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini...
The Summer kitchen (66sqm) offers a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dining table for 8 people, air condition, a TV, a barbecue area, a Family Bathroom with a shower (4sqm), a Media room with a sofa (that can convert into a sofa bed), a flat screen TV, a PlayStation 4.
* LOWER GROUND floor is in the main house and it is approached from the parking lot, and it offers a garage that is settled for the Gym users. It is a 45sqm room with a Treadmill, en exercise bike, joga matts and a pilates ball, and next to it is a table soccer for some fun. Indoors staircase takes you to the living/dining room and then to bedrooms.
* the GROUND floor (40sqm) is approached with the indoor and/or outdoor staircase (a half floor level) and it offers a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a very comfortable stay (a fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, Dolce gusto coffee maker...), a dining table for 8 people, sofa and flat screen TV, Air-condition, free WiFi, and sliding door toward the covered outdoor dining table and the pool area. There is also the second Family bathroom with a shower (4,5sqm).
* the FIRST floor offers 4 bedrooms and the third Family bathroom with washing machine (5sqm), and there is an air-condition in the hallway. Each bedroom is nicely decorated with very comfortable mattresses, and each bed is a Queen size 160cm x 200cm, and each is offered a panoramic views of the unspoiled neighborhood and greenery surrounding you. Two main bedrooms are air-conditioned, and remaining two are using the air-condition from the hallway. This hinterland area is quite chilly during the nights and you will see that this is just perfect for your comfortable stay.

Location and surroundings of object
The neighborhood is very friendly and absolutely safe and absolutely quiet. You are located 26 km (half hour drive) from the natural phenomenon Red Lake and Blue Lake in Imotski, around 30 km (40 min drive) are the most beautiful beaches in the amazing Pisak and Baska Voda area, and Makarska riviera is 34km (40min drive). We recommend to visit Zadvarje open market where every Tuesday local products are offered on the main street together with some street food, very authentic, and only 17km away. If you prefer a mountain area there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the coast is just beautiful, so visiting mountain Biokovo provides a unique experience. It is characterized by geomorphological phenomena and you can visit a new attraction from the East side of Biokovo, a Skywalk Biokovo, a horseshoe-shaped glass walkway juts out over a precipitous slope opening out towards the coast, affording breath-taking views.
Your are located 14km from highway exit Šestanovac, 40min drive to Makarska (34km), 1h drive to famous town Split with its great history (62km), 2:30-hour drive to well-known town Dubrovnik, so you have many options for exploring one of many well known Croatian localities.

Very beautiful, well-equipped villa
We were warmly welcomed by the landlady Anamarija and well taken care of during our stay, but without being intrusive. The grounds are very spacious with a private vegetable garden that we were allowed to use. The house and pool house left nothing to be desired. It is very well equipped. The heated pool was a real highlight. We felt completely comfortable.
