Located amidst the country landscape of Tuscany, is this two-bedroom farm house. The property is ideal for a group of 5 and features a shared pool right in the centre, which is the liveliest place all day. There’s a furnished and covered garden right next to the pool and surrounding the property where you can relax or have your morning breakfast or a nice BBQ session in the evening. The house is decorated with minimalistic décor to give a homely feel. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds and bathroom with shower. The open kitchen is where you can prepare your own meals. It also offers a living room with TV and view of the sunflower fields from your balcony.

I was actually planning to write a letter but can also lose here. Our apartment was on an estate which was called Querceto. On our paper was Berceto. The address which you indicated what needed to be put into the tomtom also knocked niet.Wij have to (six!) Italians asked the road and none of us they could helpen.Tot came seventh lady on the idea that was wrong spelling Berceto ! All in all, this search cost us two (!) Hours! This was a poor start of the first day! While preventing this writing still has to be by you! The one that caught us indicated that there had been communicated more often! The distances are in fact already very big in itself! I think we've driven around 50 km for nothing! That's not nice when you have more than 1300 km behind you choose.

There is a shadow and sun terrace. Nice thick walls fit perfectly with the climate. From the place you drive half an hour to Siena, San Gimignano or Montereggione. And the restaurants nearby are great!

Reception was neat. Apartment reasonable. Some outdated bathroom and water closed the drains do not work properly (we have covered with washcloths). Kitchen clumsy. Boxes of laminated furniture plate.

Nice location and spacious house in typical Tuscan style (Apartment Dina). Unfortunately no screens. We were with 3 teenagers and the WiFi was very bad (only range by the pool). We also found the rules quite strict. Do not jump into the pool and no inflatable material, between 2 and 4 pm rest by the pool. Nice place for adults, but less so with teenagers.
