Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen (walk-through room, not heatable) with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), fridge (icebox), washing machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (not heatable) with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet and window.

Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 65 € per object per stay (11.05.24-21.09.24), local tax by local tariff (if charged). On request: air conditioning 5 € per object per day. hand towels 2 € per person per change. Bed linen (please order at booking) 4 € per person per first time use and changing. baby cot – please order at booking 20 € per bed per week.
