The parents' bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed ( you sleep on Tempur mattresses), 2 side tables, TV, 2 very large wardrobes and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom is located visa vie the master bedroom which is also equipped with a double bed, small wardrobe, save and an office table.
The bathroom is small but nice, equipped with a shower, toilet, hairdryer and a small play or recreation area with LED lights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, mixer and many other things you are used to at home.
The 45m² living room invites you to read, chill, play games and is equipped with TV, PlayStation 3, Apple TV (to synchronize ipad and iphone), TV/radio, CD/Usb/radio, relax chair with built-in boxes, LED lights and Italian TV.
This flat has a very large garden (approx. 220 m²) with a covered terrace where you can barbecue, read, eat or sunbathe.

Cancellation terms:
- Sorgfaltspflichten Der Mieter unseres Ferienobjektes ist verpflichtet die Mieträumlichkeiten und die Einrichtungsgegenstände pfleglich zu behandeln. Verursachte Schäden müssen vom Mieter angezeigt und ersetzt werden. Bei Bezug der Räumlichkeiten überprüfen die Mieter die Einrichtung auf ihre Vollständigkeit und ihre Gebrauchstauglichkeit. Sollte etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, können etwaige Schäden somit unverzüglich dem Vermieter gemeldet werden. Während der Mietzeit eintretende Schäden haben die Mieter ebenfalls unverzüglich zu melden. Kommen die Mieter dieser Mitteilungspflicht nicht nach, steht ihnen eine Mietminderung wegen dieser zu beanstandenden Punkte nicht zu. Der Vermieter hat ein Recht auf Schadensersatz in angemessener Höhe, sofern nach dem Aufenthalt nicht gemeldete Schäden festgestellt werde
- Rücktritt Der Mieter darf jederzeit vom Mietvertrag zurück treten. Dafür kann nach Ermessen des Vermieters eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 60,00 EUR berechnet werden. Zahlungsweise Der Mieter hat innerhalb von 7 Tagen (Oder siehe andere Vereinbarung, siehe Rechnung) ab Abschluss des Mietvertrages eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 35% des Gesamtrechnungsbetrages zu leisten. Der Restbetrag ist spätestens 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn oder beim Check in zu entrichten. Der Vermieter behält sich vor, im Falle nicht rechtzeitiger Zahlungen vom Mietvertrag zurückzutreten. Salvatorische Klausel Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieses Vertrages ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein oder werden, so soll hierdurch die Gültigkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht berührt werden.
