The detached holiday home, renovated in 2021, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Fly screens on all windows.

Balatonszárszó. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via cable, satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to late August 4 m x 8 m 1.6 m deep).

Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Dining room with TV, dining area (8 seats) and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (walk-through room) with gas stove (2 flames), oven, fridge (200 l, icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and window. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bedroom with 1 double bed.

The water pool is really good, water depth is ideal for adults, length and width are also ideal. Kitchen on the ground floor with large fridge, gas stove and dishes was also nice, bathrooms on the upper floor are very good. Furniture is a bit old but good. Windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets, which helped a lot on hot nights. Large table with good chairs in the outdoor area.
