The new kitchen is very well equipped, with an induction cooktop, automatic extractor hood, steam cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer with 72 l capacity.
The tiled floor in the living room and kitchen with underfloor heating makes it easy to keep the floor clean.
In the bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating, there is also a sauna.
On the first floor there is a guest WC.
The house has 3 bedrooms: (double bed)+(double bed)+(2 single beds).

Location and surroundings of object
Sizes natural estate of 2743 m2, with a distance of 2800 meters to the merchant and restaurant and 1000 m from the coast Dunes and wide beaches. The southern coast is called "Danish bad country". And this not everywhere are made for right family vacation or long walks without reason - the wide beaches of Rømø to Hanstholm with the high dunes.

Rømø has Europe's longest and widest sandy beach, approx. 12 kilometres long and approx. 1-3 kilometres wide. There is plenty of room here for everyone who likes to swim, play, sail or surf. On Rømø's west side, the finest sandy beach stretches the entire length of the island. The beach is open and shallow and between 1-3 kilometres wide - depending on the tides. The sea regularly washes over the beach and this makes amber finds possible time and again. The northernmost part of the beach is closed off as a military area, but the rest of the beach can be used freely

A beautiful thatched house on Sønderstrand!
The house is beautifully nestled near Sønderstrand. We felt very comfortable and were pleased with the furnishings.
The terrace has just been renovated, inside the house we didn't mind that a bit of paint was needed. The stove also heated the upstairs rooms, the mattresses upstairs ( the lower 2 bedrooms were storage for us) were the best we have ever had in a cottage.
Overall we would rent the house again!

Beautiful house, highly recommended!
We are with our children in Römö for the first time and are absolutely thrilled with this house. It is very clean, just as we Germans like it :) It offers everything you could wish for in a holiday home, such as a sauna, whirlpool, or a fireplace. You can quickly reach the beach, and by car, you can also drive to shopping facilities or the harbor on the other side of the island in just a few minutes. The landlord is very friendly and speaks German. We will gladly come back here, hopefully already next year!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Haus liegt in einem Waldstück und der Weg dorthin ist nicht gepflastert, lässt sich aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichen.
free time activities: Der Strand liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für andere Ausflugsziele sollte man unseres Erachtens entweder ein Auto benutzen, oder gut zu Fuss sein, was ja aber kein Problem darstellt.
shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Super beautiful house!!
We spent fantastic days in this beautiful house at the beginning of March! Everything you need is there, the kitchen is super equipped and the property is just great, you can't be seen from the street, surrounded by heathland, and deer in front of the living room window in the mornings. With the stove, the house quickly becomes cozy warm, just hyggelig :-) Only the hot tub doesn't really work properly, but never mind. We have already booked again for September!
