The small road that leads to Podere Stertignano, meanders through meadows and fields in a natural setting.
Those looking for peace and quiet, is the place to go.
The house stands in a secluded location on a hill with stunning panoramic views over the Tuscan countryside, next to a beautiful olive grove.
On the back of the house, in the middle of the green field, is the pool. He is available to guests of the house privately available.
Podere Stertignano is divided into two spacious apartments, providing idale conditions for a vacation with friends private sphere for each family.
The ground floor apartment has two double bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room with sofa bed, SAT-TV, dining area and kitchenette.
One of the bedrooms leads to a beautiful outdoor patio.
The larger apartment is upstairs and is reached via a has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms - of which ice with tub, a large living room with fireplace and satellite TV. From the fully equipped kitchen also has a door leading to a small terrace.
On the garden side is the entrance to a studio apartment with double bed room, small kitchen and disabled bathroom. This apartment can be rented for a fee of a small weekly surcharge.

Podere Stertignano is in absolute solitude about 3 km northeast of Istia d'Ombrone, surrounded by olive groves, meadows and fields.
The location is an ideal starting point for interesting excursions in the Maremma: Maremma Natural Park, the excavations Roselle, the famous hot springs of Saturnia, the sculpture park of Niki de Saint Phalle in Capalbio and more!
The beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto, among the most beautiful in Tuscany and can be reached in a few minutes! Istia d'Ombrone, a small idyllic town, 6 km east of Grosseto (provincial capital of Maremma) situated at the river Ombrone, surrounded by a wonderful natural and typical Tuscany landscape.
In the medieval center there is a small square with a bar and small shops with shopping for daily needs, as well as several small, good Ristoranti and pizzerias.
Grosseto with its famous city walls and old town offers a variety of good restaurants and shops serving international cuisine!
The sea with beautiful beaches is only 20 km away!

Podere Stertigano
We stayed at Podere Stertigano with our family in September 2019. It is a beautiful and well furnished house with a great, very well maintained pool, in a dream location.
The garden is very well kept and the owner comes by almost every day to water and clean the pool. He is very nice and helpful.
We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house to everyone. We would definitely like to come back to Podere Stertignano again

We stayed at Podere Stertignano in August 2018. A beautiful house that exceeded our expectations. We were greeted by the owners who were super warm and friendly. Any questions or small problems were immediately resolved or could be clarified. Thanks again to the Schuler family and the landlords. Great Whitsun Holidays in Tuscany
We stayed at Podere Stertignano at Whitsun 2018. We liked it very much, the grounds are very well maintained and the location is simply fantastic. The landlords were very nice and accommodating, they even provided us with eggs and homemade cake. We would book again at any time

Tuscany vacation at Podere Stertignano
Dear Mrs. Schuler,
we returned yesterday from Tuscany from Podere Stertignano.
It is a beautiful house with a lovely garden and a large pool. We felt very comfortable.
Everything was tastefully decorated and very clean. We were kindly welcomed and taken care of by the owner's parents.
