Die Ferienwohnung Lütte Brise hat uns mit ihrer Lage, Größe und hellen Ausstattung völlig überzeugt. Sehr empfehlenswert. Praktisch auch die zugehörige Tiefgarage, die nicht top neu ist aber gut. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein Bar. Die Lautstärke bzw. Musik hat uns nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil, für ein Tagesabschlussgetränk bestens geeignet. Wir haben die FeWo mit 2 Personen belegt. Ohne Weiteres können hier auch 3-4 Personen gut Platz finden.

The apartment is nicely furnished, very clean, warm, spacious, and cozy. The following things would have made our stay even better: - The arrival instructions did not provide specific information on where the access to the house is and what name is on the doorbell. We searched for a while until we figured out which apartment we needed. - It would have been nice if shampoo & shower gel, trash bags, and the opportunity to separate trash (multiple garbage bins) had been provided. - There might be an issue with the drainage in the kitchen or something similar? During our stay, there was a strange smell in the air. - It would have been nice to have clearer information about the pub on the ground floor. While we knew from the Airbnb description about the 'rustic pub in the apartment building,' the fact that it was a bar directly below the apartment with a foosball table, highlights like beer pong and karaoke, and a New Year's Eve party with a DJ until after 5 in the morning was not clear to us. It was fine with earplugs except for New Year's Eve, but it would have been more pleasant if we could have prepared accordingly.

Die Wohnung ist ansprechend eingerichtet, war sehr sauber, warm, geräumig und gemütlich. Folgende Dinge hätten unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht: - Die Anreisebeschreibung hatte keine genauen Angaben dazu, wo sich der Zugang zum Haus befindet und welcher Name am Klingelschild steht. Wir haben eine Weile gesucht, bis wir rausgefunden haben, in welche Wohnung wir müssen. - Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn Shampoo&Duschgel sowie Müllbeutel und die Möglichkeit, den Müll zu trennen (mehrere Mülleimer) vorhanden gewesen wären. - Evtl. gibt es in der Küche ein Problem mit dem Abfluss o.ä.? Während des Aufenthaltes lag dort ein merkwürdiger Geruch in der Luft. - Es wäre nett gewesen, deutlicher auf die Kneipe im Erdgeschoss hinzuweisen. Zwar wussten wir aus der Airbnb Beschreibung um die 'urige Kneipe im Mehrfamilienhaus', aber dass es sich dabei um eine Bar direkt unter der Wohnung gelegen mit Kickertisch, Highlights wie Beerpong und Karaoke und Silvesterparty mit DJ bis nach 5 Uhr morgens handelt war uns dadurch nicht klar. Es war mit Ohropax bis auf die Silvesternacht in Ordnung, aber es wäre dennoch angenehmer gewesen, wenn wir uns entsprechend darauf hätten einstellen können.
