Im Dachgeschoss würde sich eine Klimaanlage empfehlen und Duschwand müsste nochmal neu abgedichtet werden. Das Wasser läuft bis zum Parkett im Wohnraum. Ansonsten rundum sehr tolle Wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung, entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und den Fotos, super sauber, zentrale ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Eichhörnchen und Vögel im Klostergarten.

Very clean and very well-equipped apartment - quiet, with a lot of light (in winter), charm, and attention to detail with comfortable beds. Plenty of space for two, to feel good. The central location is pleasant. The bathroom could use more counter space, and the shower could use a shelf for shower gel. Otherwise absolutely top. Only the underground garage is adventurous.

Very nicely furnished apartment. Everything you need is there and in great quality. Someone really thought about what is needed! The underground garage and location are a plus... We will definitely come back. Best regards from Münster.

The apartment is well-equipped and very well-maintained. However, there are some negative points: - Due to the nearby street, the apartment is quite noisy, especially motorcycles, show-offs, and emergency vehicles disrupt the night's rest. Sleeping with the window open is not recommended - The large balcony is hardly usable without movable seating - The information on how to access the apartment needs revision: The apartment is not located in the house with the specified house number, but in the neighboring house; neither the specified apartment number nor the name of the apartment is on the doorbell or at the apartment door; instead, a foreign company name is displayed.

- The apartment is quite noisy due to its proximity to the road, especially motorcycles, show-offs, and emergency vehicles disturb the peace at night. Sleeping with the window open is not recommended.
