I have never seen such a beautiful, clean, and well-equipped holiday home. You walk in and feel comfortable right away. The location is also a dream; you can only relax. We will definitely take a vacation in this great house again.

We were at minus degrees and wind at the beginning of February in the house, and the heat pump reached its limits in the first week. We did not reach more than 20 degrees. But otherwise everything was great. Best regards

The holiday home was very pleasing to us again. It's just a pity that we had to deal with ants this time as well. Otherwise, everything was

We enjoyed our time in this holiday home. It is spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything was very clean and nothing was missing. The beautiful terrace and the private garden also delighted us. We would love to come back!

We (couple aged 60 and 64) were here for 1 week in May 2025 and join the previous 5-star reviews. We were absolutely thrilled with the holiday home and also enjoyed our time "in the house" very much. A very well-maintained property. Every window that can be opened has an insect screen, the bathroom has underfloor heating, and in the master bedroom, the beds can be adjusted electrically. We were especially impressed by the exemplary cleanliness in the house and would like to express our highest praise to the service team of "Ferien an der Nordsee." At the next opportunity, we will book a similar property with this agency, should the Noordhuus not be available. So a very clear recommendation.

Just as we found the house described in the entire object description. It is a very well-maintained and clean holiday home with high-quality furnishings. We hope that other vacationers also appreciate the high comfort. Everything seems well thought out and leaves nothing to be desired. The house is very quiet and directly on the dike, which invites you to take walks. Thanks to the team from "Ferien an der Nordsee," which is always competent and helpful.

We have been regularly visiting Nordstrand since 2002. The "Noordhuus" was the most beautiful accommodation so far! Very quiet, lovingly furnished, just to our taste. We will come back! Hans and Gaby from Grünwald

We felt very comfortable at Noordhuus again and have already booked for 2025. With 'Holidays at the North Sea', you always have a very helpful contact person.

The "Noordhuus" is a great house, high quality, and very tastefully furnished. And the beautiful garden is simply a dream! What is also worth mentioning: the team from Ferien-an-der-Nordsee is always helpful and very friendly whenever there is something to clarify. Perfect!

The house was well and tastefully equipped with everything needed. It was over-decorated for our taste, but that is a matter of preference; however, we did feel a bit overwhelmed by it. Since we stayed there in December, it was a bit too cool in the house, and we couldn't manage to adjust the heating. Thus, the radiators were very hot despite the announced nighttime reduction in the early morning hours (three or four o'clock), but completely cold by 8 a.m. It would be nice if the heating system could be adjusted a bit more accurately. At first glance, the locking system was somewhat confusing. Perhaps a very brief usage note could be left in the key safe. We really liked that even a dog is allowed to be brought along. Regarding the location of the house, it is centrally located on the peninsula, making it a very good starting point for bike tours. We wish the owners that the house, which has apparently been furnished with a lot of passion, is always treated with care by the guests.

We spent 3 weeks in Nordstrand. The house is super equipped. It was top clean. We can definitely recommend the house. The second bedroom has been "modified" and there is a real bed in it. The photo should be changed.

The house, located just 2 minutes from the dyke, is very lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you need for daily use, often double to triple. There are extra cushions and blankets for the cold days in the bedroom and living room cupboard, sweet stuffed animals (sheep) for the children, as well as a child's bed and bedding. Contrary to the old photo on the website with the orange fold-out sofa and the bookshelf, the second... Bedroom completely newly renovated, shelves removed and renewed with a pull-out couch/bed for 2 people. Furthermore, there is an additional small sofa and an ottoman in the living room, in addition to the two adjustable very comfortable recliners. In the utility room, there is a brand-new Miele washing machine and a brand-new Miele dryer with detergent and clips. So there is nothing that is missing. The control system for the heating for all individual rooms is located right next to the front door in the hallway and is very easy to adjust. There is plenty of informational material about Nordstrand and the surrounding area, as well as a well-organized information folder about the house. The nearest bakery and supermarket (Nahkauf and Edeka) - well stocked - are less than 5 minutes by car. The lawn of the beautifully landscaped, shade-giving garden was even mowed during our stay. The Weber grill was phenomenal. The only thing we would have wished for is if the property, at least the garden toward the driveway and the neighbors, had been completely fenced in. Unfortunately, we could only let our little young dog romp in the garden on a long lead, as the main road is very busy and the property is somewhat obscured from passing vehicles, making it difficult to stop in time. That would have been the icing on the cake for all vacationers with children and dogs. We enjoyed the 9 days in this rarely so fantastic and clean holiday home and the absolute peace on the naturally beautiful island of Nordstrand with its bleating sheep, horses, and countless rabbits, as well as the great excursions to Husum, SPO, Flensburg, the Schlei, Denmark, and of course not to forget Nordstrand, etc.

We were allowed to spend two beautiful holiday weeks in this great vacation home and felt very comfortable there. The house is very comfortably furnished and equipped with everything that is part of a successful holiday. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation is in the right place at Noordhuus on Nordstrand. We enjoyed our time there very much and can only recommend it.
