I spent five days in the apartment in October and was very satisfied with it. The location in general and also in particular is very good. It's not far to the city center by bike, but quite a long way to walk. There are shopping facilities about 800 m away. From Niebüll, you can easily take trips to places like Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Denmark or the Nolde Museum. You don't necessarily need a car for this, everything can be reached by public transportation or bike. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped and quiet, with a parking space and a lockable bike room available. If I were to make a wish, it would be for a dishwasher, everything else is there. One thing to mention, though not as a criticism, is the proximity to the railway line to the Hindenburgdamm. There is lively traffic during the day, which can be heard. However, operations are quiet at night, so no disturbances are to be expected. All in all, highly recommended!
