The outdoor area could be a bit better maintained. The trash bin situation is problematic, as there was explicitly a prior note to pay attention to waste separation, but for example, there was no organic waste bin present and the yellow bin had meanwhile "disappeared." In my opinion, the keys were a bit stiff. Otherwise, everything was great.
