Positiv: - Gute Lage. - Ansprechendes Interieur. - Schöne Größe der Räumlichkeiten. - Top Küche inklusive Ausstattung. - Netter Willkommensgruß. - Sauberkeit. - Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Negativ: - Meiner Empfindung nach handelt es sich bei den Matratzen inklusive der aufliegenden Topper um eine viel zu nachgiebige Kombination. Ich selbst bin nicht übergewichtig, hatte aber den Eindruck auf durchgelegenen Matratzen zu liegen. - Es wird kein Kleiderschrank vorgehalten, sondern lediglich eine viel zu kurz geratene Kleiderstange. Darüber ist man gezwungen aus dem Koffer zu leben. Dafür ist allerdings in den Räumlichkeiten kein „überflüssiger“ Platz vorhanden, an welchem die Koffer platziert werden können, ohne den Wohlfühlcharakter beim Wohnen in der „Stuuv“ zu beeinträchtigen. - Es gilt festzustellen, dass sich die Ferienwohnung in einem alten Haus befindet. Diesen Umstand sollte man bei der Buchung berücksichtigen, denn das Wohnhaus hat demzufolge eine entsprechende Bausubstanz. Schalldämmung und Trittschallisolierung waren zu Zeiten als das Haus gebaut worden ist ja noch kein Thema. Was das bedeutet bzw. im Einzelfall bedeuten kann, kann man sich unschwer vorstellen. - Da die Wohnungen über einfach gehaltene Holztüren separiert werden, sind die Wohngeräusche im Treppenhaus deutlich wahrnehmbar. - Das WC ist über ein Fenster einsichtig - es wird kein Sichtschutz vorgehalten. - Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Spiegelschrank und eine adäquate Lichtquelle über dem Waschbecken. Angebracht wurde lediglich ein normaler Spiegel und eine sehr schwache Deckenbeleuchtung. Dass es anders geht hat die Vermieterin in der darunter befindlichen Ferienwohnung „Moin Moin“ unter Beweis gestellt.

Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, zudem ist sie sehr modern und sehr sauber. Auch die Lage ist gut, sowohl Supermärkte als auch die Stadt sind in 10-15 Minuren zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment! :-) The spacious, centrally located apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished and has good facilities. However, a few things were missing for us or caught our attention: - a chest of drawers in the bedroom for storing clothes (we lived out of our suitcase) - proper lighting in the bathroom for shaving or makeup - a larger table in the kitchen for eating in the spacious kitchen - decentralized lighting in the kitchen (perhaps under the built-in cabinets) - the large and modern TV (Smart TV) could do everything except receive TV channels. Anyway, we couldn't set it up. - the kitchen equipment was very good - we only missed a corkscrew and a simple egg cooker. Beautiful, new apartment, furnished with high quality. A cozy home where you like to live and sleep. A small drawback was that renovation work was being done in the annex and that they had forgotten to change the towels. Otherwise great.

Positive:
- Good location.
- Attractive interior.
- Nice size of the rooms.
- Top kitchen including equipment.
- Nice welcome greeting.
- Cleanliness.
- Parking in front of the house.
Negative:
- In my opinion, the mattresses, including the mattress toppers, are a combination that is too yielding. I am not overweight myself, but I had the impression of lying on sagging mattresses.
- There is no wardrobe provided, only a clothes rail that is too short. Therefore, one is forced to live out of the suitcase. However, there is no "unnecessary" space in the rooms where the suitcases can be placed without affecting the comfort of living in the "Stuuv".
- It should be noted that the holiday apartment is located in an old house. This fact should be taken into account when booking, because the residential building has a corresponding structure. Soundproofing and impact sound insulation were not topics when the house was built. What this means or can mean in individual cases can be easily imagined.
- Since the apartments are separated by simple wooden doors, the living noises in the stairwell are clearly noticeable.
- The toilet is visible through a window - no privacy screen is provided.
- The bathroom lacks a mirrored cabinet and an adequate light source above the sink. Only a normal mirror and a very weak ceiling light have been installed. The landlady has shown in the holiday apartment "Moin Moin" below that it can be different.
