Nice holiday apartment, quiet location. City center/harbor is easily reachable on foot. The only downside is the lack of closets for clothes in the bedroom. Especially when staying longer, it's not so great living out of a suitcase.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures, and it is very modern and very clean. The location is also good; both supermarkets and the city can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot.

Positive: - Good location. - Appealing interior. - Nice size of the rooms. - Top kitchen including equipment. - Nice welcome greeting. - Cleanliness. - Parking in front of the house. Negative: - In my opinion, the combination of the mattresses, including the toppers, is much too soft. I am not overweight, but I felt like I was lying on sagging mattresses. - There is no wardrobe provided, but only a much too short clothes rail. Above that, one is forced to live out of the suitcase. However, there is no "excess" space available in the premises where the suitcases can be placed without compromising the comfort of living in the "Stuuv." - It should be noted that the holiday apartment is located in an old house. This circumstance should be taken into account when booking, as the residential building consequently has an appropriate building substance. Sound insulation and impact sound insulation were not a topic at the time the house was built. What this means or can mean in individual cases is not hard to imagine. - Since the apartments are separated by simply designed wooden doors, the noise from the apartments is clearly audible in the stairwell. - The toilet is visible through a window - no privacy protection is provided.
- The bathroom lacks a mirror cabinet and an adequate light source above the sink. Only a normal mirror and a very weak ceiling light have been installed.
The landlord has demonstrated that it can be done differently in the holiday apartment "Moin Moin" located below.

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment! :-) The spacious, centrally located apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished and has good facilities. However, a few things were missing for us or caught our attention: - a chest of drawers in the bedroom for storing clothes (we lived out of our suitcase) - proper lighting in the bathroom for shaving or makeup - a larger table in the kitchen for eating in the spacious kitchen - decentralized lighting in the kitchen (perhaps under the built-in cabinets) - the large and modern TV (Smart TV) could do everything except receive TV channels. Anyway, we couldn't set it up. - the kitchen equipment was very good - we only missed a corkscrew and a simple egg cooker. Beautiful, new apartment, furnished with high quality. A cozy home where you like to live and sleep. A small drawback was that renovation work was being done in the annex and that they had forgotten to change the towels. Otherwise great.

Negative:
- In my opinion, the mattresses, including the mattress toppers, are a combination that is too yielding. I am not overweight myself, but I had the impression of lying on sagging mattresses.
- There is no wardrobe provided, only a clothes rail that is too short. Therefore, one is forced to live out of the suitcase. However, there is no "unnecessary" space in the rooms where the suitcases can be placed without affecting the comfort of living in the "Stuuv".
- It should be noted that the holiday apartment is located in an old house. This fact should be taken into account when booking, because the residential building has a corresponding structure. Soundproofing and impact sound insulation were not topics when the house was built. What this means or can mean in individual cases can be easily imagined.
- Since the apartments are separated by simple wooden doors, the living noises in the stairwell are clearly noticeable.
- The toilet is visible through a window - no privacy screen is provided.
