From 2023, an e-charging station for cars and an all-in-one PC will be available free of charge!
A Fürst von Metternich piccolo and a Gerolsteiner water are available to welcome our guests.
Our very friendly on-site service will welcome you and familiarise you with the apartment.
However, it is not possible to familiarise you with the available PC due to time constraints.

This very cosy and comfortable non-smoking holiday flat is located in the centre of the village in an attractive residential area (cul-de-sac), only a few minutes' walk from the spa gardens and the Zwischenahner Meer.

The 61 m² holiday flat was furnished and equipped with great attention to detail and (despite its good condition) completely renovated and modernised for the second time in 2019 to 2020 at great expense by a specialist interior design company.

The apartment has a sunny living room with a covered south-facing balcony, a kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a comfortable, newly fitted shower room. The kitchen and bedroom windows, as well as the balcony door, are fitted with insect screens.
Two bicycles are available free of charge, as well as two new, high-quality e-bikes (Gazelle with low entry and mid-engine) for a small provision fee.
The car park belonging to the holiday flat is located directly next to the house entrance, below the bedroom window and has recently been equipped with an e-charging facility.

The living room has a size of 21 square metres, equipped with a recently renewed seating area (sofa, wing chair), as well as a dining area for 4 people.
The extensive technology is up to date:
There is a new 55-inch QLED (flat screen) TV, TV via Telekom-Magenta (very convenient) or via satellite, plus Chromecast , soundbar, as well as a DVD player and an Internet stereo system, via which you can also receive local radio stations.
TV MAGENTA SPORT and SKY SPORT KOMPAKT are available for (football) sports fans.
Two DECT mobile phones allow you to make parallel calls to the German landline and mobile networks free of charge.
The high-speed WLAN for smartphones, notebooks etc. is also free of charge.

The 9 square metre kitchen is equipped with a branded fitted kitchen, an additional dining area for four people and has an extensive range of cookware, china, cutlery and glassware, as well as the following kitchen technology: Four-burner induction hob, very convenient oven, microwave, extractor bonnet (exhaust air), refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, (portafilter) espresso machine with integrated coffee grinder, two coffee machines (normal and Sanseo), kettle and egg boiler.

There is a spacious wardrobe in the approx. 6 square metre hallway. A wall-mounted folding chair makes it easy to change shoes.

On the 10 square metre covered balcony with artificial turf, there is a comfortable seating area for 4 people in the wind-protected loggia and, in high season, a sun lounger and a very comfortable hanging chair on the side wing.

The beds in the 15 square metre bedroom are equipped with 2 adjustable slatted frames and 2 multi-zone latex mattresses with different firmness levels (2 and 3). The height of the upper edge of the mattress can be adjusted to either 51 cm or 56 cm using a topper.
A remote control for the entire bedroom lighting is mounted on each bedside cabinet.
The cosy reading corner invites you to linger and the internally illuminated bureau with integrated 2nd TV (alternatively: all-in-one PC) and additional power connection can be used very practically as a writing and / or notebook space when opened.

In the shower room, including a rain shower, there is a convenient washing machine with many (including short) programmes as a top loader. Towel warmer and hairdryer are also available.

A secure safe is available for your valuables.

The holiday flat has been repeatedly awarded for its high-quality, comfortable furnishings and quiet, central location, most recently in October 2023 by the German Tourism Association (DTV) again for another three years with 4 stars!

Location and surroundings of object

Very centrally located holiday flat in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Short walking distance to the spa gardens by the lake, supermarkets, restaurants, main shopping street, railway station, doctors etc.
The cycle path leading past the house is connected to the very well signposted Ammerland cycle path network.
The motorway connections are around 10 minutes away.
Oldenburg city centre can be reached by train in less than 15 minutes.
In the other direction, for example, you can take the train all the way to Norddeich Mole, directly opposite the "Norderney" ferry terminal, for a day trip to the island.

The rental prices are final prices, i.e. without any additional costs.
The very friendly on-site service and travel cancellation insurance without excess (!) are also included in the final prices.
The provision fee for the e-bikes, currently 50 euros per bike and stay, must be paid in cash on site when the keys are handed over.
The guest cards of the Bad Zwischenahner Kurverwaltung can be obtained either before arrival via the Internet or on site against cash payment. Further information about the guest cards can be found on our homepage.

  • Teil des Gastaufnahmevertrags: Die Stornogebühren sind abhängig davon, wieviel Tage der stornierten Zeit anderweitig vermietet werden konnten. Da aber eine für den Gast kostenfreie Reiserücktrittsversicherung ohne Selbstbehalt (!) vom Gastgeber abgeschlossen wird, entstehen dem Gast bei Stornierung aus versichertem Grund keine Kosten!

As we were born in the area and because of the proximity to the lake and the coast, the holiday flat further strengthens our ties to northern Germany. In addition, I (Bernd Koopmann) see the holiday apartment more as a hobby than an investment, and I particularly appreciate the friendly contact with our holiday apartment guests. But the organisation and design involved also bring additional variety to my retirement life.
