This beautiful holiday home, which offers a breathtaking sea view from all rooms, is located on the famous Pink Granite Coast (on the GR34 hiking trail). You will be so delighted with this fantastic sea view! The villa offers exceptional comfort with, among other things, a huge master suite, which also offers a fantastic view of the offshore coast. You will be able to relax easily thanks to 160 square metres of space for up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms) The path in front of the house leads to a beautiful sandy beach which is only 200 metres away! Simply amazing !
The house is equipped with a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Park your car comfortably in the garage or in the car park and enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden or on the terrace. On cooler evenings, the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, so you can easily prepare your favourite dishes. A television, washing machine, tumble dryer, baby cot and high chair are also available. Bed linen can be booked separately (you have the option of renting household linen (€25 per double bed and €15 per small bed) and final cleaning (€180) for an additional charge.
There are 2 bicycles available for active holidaymakers, while the WLAN, iron and hairdryer will take care of your daily needs. Long-term rental is possible and the house is exclusively for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed, nor are parties.

Discover Trélévern, a charming village in Brittany, ideal for nature and culture lovers.
The house is located in Trélévern, a small village (with bakery, butcher, a small grocery shop, restaurants, coffee). Trélévern is a paradise for mussel collectors and crab fishermen. With its picturesque harbour Port l'Epine, it offers a small oasis of peace;
just a few kilometres from the most famous seaside resort in the Côtes d'Armor, Perros Guirec (where the impressive rock formations of Ploumanac'h are located). Here you will find a wide range of leisure activities, numerous water sports, a thalassotherapy centre, pretty boutiques and many crêperies and restaurants. The neighbouring towns of Treguier and Pontrieux, Penvenan, Port Blanc... are well worth a visit, as is the fishing harbour of Paimpol. We also recommend a day trip to the islands of Brehat, Ile Grande or Renote...

Dream house by the sea
We spent two beautiful weeks at Nadia's house "Hent Ar Mor" in Trélévern with four people at the end of March/ beginning of April 2023. The house is very spacious, so everyone found their place where they could retreat if needed. The highlight is the large open and bright living area including the kitchen: a beautiful big dining table with comfortable chairs, a modern and well-equipped kitchen where nothing was missing, and a cozy seating area with armchairs, sofa, fireplace, and TV, although German channels were not available, but you don't go to Brittany for that :-). Thanks to stable Wi-Fi, media consumption via the internet was no problem. The magnificent view of the sea and the changing tides from almost every room in the house, whether on the ground floor or in the bedrooms upstairs, was also beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, and since the road in front of the house is a dead-end, it was very quiet during the day and at night. From the house, you can walk along the dead-end road behind the campsite (whether left or right) for 200m to reach the sea and enjoy long walks by the sea. But of course, the surrounding area also offers numerous attractive destinations. We were particularly impressed by the huge bay at Saint-Michel-en-Grève. Great (nature) cinema! The village of Trélévern itself was very quiet in the preseason. There is a good baker, but for larger grocery shopping, it is probably better to go to Perros or Lannion. Last but not least, Nadia is a very friendly host who responded to every request promptly and courteously and provided lots of tourist tips. We can wholeheartedly recommend the accommodation and will also be guests at Nadia's again this year.
