Welcome to Villa Summertime, your perfect holiday destination in Julianadorp aan Zee, Netherlands.

You will find an exclusive detached holiday home, lovingly furnished and maintained. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 130 m² of living space on a 530 m² fenced plot, making it the ideal place for families with (small) children or dogs. The Villa Summertime has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample storage space, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet.
The spacious, open living area with integrated dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and small electrical appliances such as toaster, sandwich maker, fondue set, coffee machine and Nespresso machine offers plenty of space and comfort for relaxing vacation days.

TV satellite reception and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. For the very young guests, there is a crib and a high chair as well as sand toys and a paddling pool for the garden.

Please note that this is a non-smoking accommodation.

Villa Summertime impresses with its stylish interior featuring high-quality furniture and tiled floors on the ground floor as well as laminate flooring upstairs. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. The house is equipped with modern bathrooms, including one with a comfortable whirlpool bathtub.

In the paved areas of the tastefully landscaped large garden, garden furniture and a grill are available for your use. In front of the house there are two parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars!

Great holiday home also for 3 generations

We, 5 people and a Bernese Mountain Dog, spent a wonderful vacation in this holiday home. Nothing was missing. The house is very spacious, even the dog had enough space. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. The beach was easily reachable on foot, and the swimming pool and indoor playground were also accessible in a few minutes. For us, this house is absolutely recommended. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests!

Perfect senior vacation with dog

We, 2 adults with a dog, spent a wonderful week in the holiday home. The house, especially the living room, is spacious and lovingly decorated. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances one needs on vacation, and there were also plenty of spices available. The large, completely fenced garden gets sun all day, and we could let our dog run free. It was also practical for us that we could charge our car directly at the house. I would also like to mention the nice and extensive contact via email with Ms. Angenend. When we plan our next vacation in Julianadorp, we will definitely check if the house is still available.

Perfect family vacation in Julianadorp

A beautiful vacation in a very well-equipped and lovingly furnished holiday apartment comes to an end today. Nothing was really missing. The furnishings can be described as high quality. This includes the kitchen equipment, including appliances, as well as the very good linen package (towels and bed linen). For children, a high chair as well as toys and beach items are sufficiently available. The second refrigerator in the utility room is excellent for drinks. A starter package upon arrival consisted of wine, Nespresso capsules, and dishwasher tabs. Sufficient spices and oils were also available. We would love to come back.

Super vacation with grandchildren

I can only agree with the previous reviews. The house: spacious, very well equipped, clean and well-maintained, quiet but still centrally located in the park, beautiful large garden with sufficient seating and lounging furniture. The football field, as well as the playground and mini-golf, are within a 3-minute walk. It takes 6-7 minutes to reach the reception/pool, restaurant, etc. A foot and bike path leads to the beach through the fields. All in all, a lovely vacation that we would be happy to repeat. We also had a week of dream weather. Last but not least, the very kind landlords who respond promptly when help is needed.

Perfect vacation with children

We spent a wonderful week in beautiful weather with three children in the holiday home. In the quite spacious and very clean house, nothing is missing, starting from child-friendly furnishings, several games for indoors and outdoors, a large fenced garden to a very well-equipped kitchen. The holiday park itself is also ideal for children with, among other things, several playgrounds, a swimming pool, and a bike and cart rental. We can recommend the holiday home 100% and will definitely spend a vacation there again!

Beautiful holiday home

Completely satisfied, a great house.

We can recommend the house 100%. The completely fenced garden was a paradise for our four-legged friend and for us. Nothing was lacking in this house; we felt at home from the very first moment. Great house and very nice landlords.

We, 2 friendly couples, were totally excited that we were able to rent the very nice vacation home at very short notice. Booked on Monday, received the key by mail on Wednesday, took over the very tidy and clean vacation home on Saturday!! We were thrilled about the complete kitchen equipment including spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.; nothing was missing, as well as various games for entertainment for both adults and children, simply great!! A fantastic apartment, we would love to come back!
Ms. Angenend was available to us at all times and very accommodating in every respect, special thanks for that.

Gladly again and again!

We (2 adults and a Labrador) had a week of relaxing vacation in this great house. Furnished with everything you need and so much more. The completely fenced garden was a paradise for our four-legged friend—but also for us: with plenty of wind-protected seating and lounging areas, we could enjoy the October sun and the North Sea air. The landscape is a dream, the beach in autumn not crowded, and you can walk for kilometers with your dog. This can be reached in about... 10 minutes on foot.
The small village of Julianadorp has everything you need for daily needs, from small restaurants, an ice cream shop, supermarkets, a drugstore, a pharmacy to small boutiques and a very kind veterinarian.

Completely satisfied

We, 2 couples and a dog, felt completely comfortable here.
The house is well-equipped, from garden furniture, beach items, and coffee machines (great that there was both a capsule machine and a drip coffee maker) to games and books; everything was there to make the vacation enjoyable, even if the weather is not so good. A nice surprise was that many necessary items that one often needs immediately in a holiday home had already been provided by the landlords. From coffee and tea to various spices, sugar, toilet paper, etc. . . The house is located in the holiday village, and the beach is reachable in 20 minutes on foot over the dunes. 2 restaurants were also within a 10-minute walking distance. We did not use the leisure activities offered by the holiday park, but there were several options available. The landlords were very nice and attentive, and a small lighting issue was quickly resolved. Those looking for "Remmi-Demmi" are probably better off elsewhere. However, if you are seeking relaxation by the sea and beach for yourself, your family, and possibly your four-legged friend, we can warmly recommend this house.
It was also great that the (leashed!) dog was welcome everywhere.
There was no need to drive to dog beaches; instead, you could enjoy the beach and the sea together. And the other dog owners were also considerate and kept an eye on their dogs and, if necessary, their droppings. (With really only very few exceptions).

Family vacation

The house offers plenty of space for 5 people (3 adults, 2 children). The house was clean upon arrival and many essential items are available. We were particularly pleased with the selection of toys, beach equipment, and books. The beach and the small town are within walking distance. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. We would happily return.

Tolles Ferienhaus

The vacation home is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The property is enclosed with hedges and a fence so that our dog couldn't get out and felt comfortable. The landlords are very friendly, always available, and also give tips if desired. We can recommend it 100%.
