The House of the Hoopoe is an exceptionally beautiful place to relax. The house is situated on top of the mountain, and one has a fantastic panoramic view over Marina di Camerota and the sea. Up there in the olive grove (without visible neighbors), one can wonderfully escape the hustle and bustle of the towns and find peace. Maria picked us up in Camerota, guided us to the house, and showed us around. Whenever we had questions, we could always turn to her, but it was hardly necessary. Everything was great! The house is very tastefully renovated and furnished, equipped with great attention to detail. The apartments are interconnected, which is very practical. We were there with three teenagers who could use one apartment for themselves. During the day, we were able to climb many beautiful coves (a car is necessary for this), and at night we admired the impressive starry sky and counted shooting stars. So, anyone who loves solitude and seeks a quiet accommodation in a very beautiful area is exactly right. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come back.

The accommodation is beautifully located and is equipped to a high standard. The landlord and Maria on site are very accessible and immediately take care of any questions in a very friendly manner. We really enjoyed our time. Thank you very much!
