Dear Rhön lovers,
we are renting out an approx. 70 sqm large, ground-level, separate flat with its own entrance, terrace and garden. Your parking space is directly in front of the flat. Washing machine and dryer are available.
There is a spacious bedroom (baby/travel cot possible) with dressing table/desk and of course already made beds,
a cosy living room with TV and a couch to make yourself comfortable,
a large kitchen with dining table, another TV and kitchen sofa,
a spacious bathroom suitable for senior citizens
and a hallway with wardrobe and a dart game.
In the living room you will find a desk next to the large couch - perhaps to write a greeting from the Rhön to those at home?
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to get started right away - including washing-up liquid, kitchen roll, tea towels, coffee filters and so on, and of course there is also a dishwasher and microwave.
The bathroom has a toilet, two washbasins, a shower at ground level, a washing machine with dryer and underfloor heating
For rainy days we have a darts game in the hallway, as well as lots of reading and dice and board games.
The flat is fully equipped, also with many books, games, excursion tips, hiking maps and of course wifi.
Directly next to your house entrance is your own terrace with a small garden (fenced).
The local outdoor swimming pool, as well as restaurants and a supermarket are only a few minutes' walk away.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located in the middle of Germany in Ehrenberg/ OT Wüstensachsen, a village in the Ulstertal at the foot of the Wasserkuppe in the three-country corner of Hesse/ Bavaria/ Thuringia. You will find us in the middle of the star park in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve. Surrounding us are three designated core zones of the biosphere reserve, which have been restored to primeval forests in the middle of Germany for over 50 years.
Cycling and hiking trails through the low mountain range are in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket, restaurants, miniature golf, paddling pond and outdoor swimming pool are only a few minutes away.
How to get there:
Train: To Fulda, then by bus to Wüstensachsen.
By car: Wüstensachsen is about 30km away from Fulda, 60km away from Meiningen, 30km away from Bad Neustadt.
Wüstensachsen is a district of the large municipality of Ehrenberg directly on the Hesse/Bavaria/Thuringia border with the postcode: 36115.

Perfect vacation
I felt very comfortable with my two dogs at the Wüchner family. The holiday apartment is lovingly furnished and the fenced terrace is a dream. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the beautiful Rhön region.
