Inquiries are answered kindly in a short time. That's great! The arrival and departure were uncomplicated. The borrowed baby bed was equipped with a mattress and of good quality.

Very nice apartment in a very good location. The website and service from Rentals Egmond were, as always, perfect. Egmond is the ideal vacation spot for us in the Netherlands. The beaches, the natural dune landscape, and the beautiful historic town center with great gastronomy, everything is perfect.

Great view!! Very nicely furnished apartment, nothing was missing. We really liked the bedroom with the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, even a washing machine & dryer hidden away in the cabinet. Good accessibility of the landlord, and immediate help with any issues!!

The location is really great. The balcony is a dream. Every evening, you have a wonderful sunset that you can admire from your balcony. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a good vacation. The furnishings are top-notch.

The apartment is perfectly equipped (nothing is missing) and the beautiful view over the North Sea makes every moment of the vacation happy. We felt completely comfortable and prepared many great dishes in the great kitchen, which we then enjoyed in the bright and spacious living room! We will come back and hope that the shortcomings will be fixed by then ;)

The location right by the sea is fantastic - just out of the house, across the beach promenade, and you can already enjoy the endless sandy beach. At the same time, the city center with shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, etc., is just around the corner in a short 5-minute walk. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, with enough space for the two of us and modern/functional furnished, yet cozy! Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and glasses saved us from constant washing by hand, also there were enough small appliances such as filter coffee machine AND Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, etc. available and functional - also the separation of toilet and bathroom was perfect for us > and of course the rainwater shower > a dream! The beds are super comfortable - as well as the sofas (on which you can also sleep well)! ) and chairs > the entire furnishing looks well-kept and clean, signs of use are only marginal. The view from the balcony of the setting sun over the beach and sea is definitely worth it. The private underground garage is great, but also the option to park in the city or on the promenade with the parking card saves a lot of time, money, and nerves. The information folder with all user manuals, recommendations for excursions, and maps of the area was more than sufficient and very helpful. All in all a refreshing experience and a very pleasant stay. We will gladly come back.

The apartment was superbly equipped. The kitchen had everything one could need. There was even a washing machine and a dryer. What pleased me was that there was a regular oven, as well as a large refrigerator and a separate freezer. The beds were good and comfortable.

The spacious apartment was modernly furnished, well-kept, and lacked nothing. The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic. The check-in and check-out process was easy and effortless. Everything was as described in the emails. Would gladly stay again anytime.

Actually everything you need is there. Large refrigerator and extra freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines... even a vacuum cleaner (an additional broom would be good). Sufficient dishes and kitchen utensils are available. Induction stove. Very nicely furnished and enough space for four people. The shower is great, plenty of space. View from the living room to the sea + sunsets. We would love to come back.

The view directly onto the North Sea is wonderful. The window front spans the entire width of the apartment. Very nice and modern furnished apartment. Excellent facilities. Private garage (a bit tight but sufficient for a car and two bicycles). Great starting point for hiking or cycling tours. The toilet is not the largest (space-wise) and a bit chilly but not a problem. The balcony also spans the entire width of the apartment, facing the North Sea. All in all, a top apartment that we would book again anytime.

The location right on the boulevard and the sea view are great! The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished. Everything is available. The kitchen is well equipped and all necessary household appliances are available. Great! I especially loved the bench at the dining table. In combination with the stool, it is an ideal seating option to watch the sunset. The bathroom and shower are very spacious and well planned. I also like that the toilet is separate. I found it convenient that I could pay in cash upon arrival because I booked spontaneously and my online banking was not working. Thank you!

We have been to the Sterflat many times, so we can say that this is probably one of the greatest apartments. Great kitchen, nice bathroom. Also, a different layout of the rooms. Despite November, we felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available and a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome. Thank you very much!

The facility is modern, and the shower is ground-level and beautifully large. The dimming of the lamps is especially nice and cozy in the evenings. The view of the sea every morning during breakfast is a delight for the soul.
