Discover the charming Tiny House Marteddu, located in the countryside on the Golfo di Orosei, 3.5 KM from the natural beach of Osalla, in the east of the beautiful island of Sardinia. It is located between the coastal town of Orosei and the mountain village of Dorgali and is particularly suitable for nature-loving active travellers. This cosy, functionally furnished Tiny House offers 10 square metres of living space for up to 2 guests and has 1 living/sleeping area. The bathroom is located in another building about 50 metres from the Tiny House.
The Tiny House Marteddu is surrounded by Sardinia's unique landscape of maquis, olive trees and flocks of sheep. The windows offer a magnificent view of nature. Enjoy the picturesque sunrise and the impressive full moon nights, which bathe the sky in a fascinating play of colours, directly from your loft bed or under the open sky.
The interior is clad in wood and exudes a warm and cosy atmosphere. The interior design is simple and functional. A kitchenette with a two-burner.gas cooker and a refrigerator. The external bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, a sink and a toilet.
Long-term rental is possible in this charming Tiny House on request. Smoking is not allowed in the Tiny House. The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful countryside, which invites you to relax and explore.
The owners of the site also live on the 2 hectare site with their animals. (Dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and bees.) As the electricity on the grounds is only generated by the in-house solar system, it is not possible to charge e-bikes or electric cars on the premises.

The Tiny House Marteddu is located in the countryside between the villages of Orosei and Dorgali, about 3.5 km from the natural beach of Osalla, which can be reached in 10 minutes via a partially asphalted road. Shopping facilities are available in the villages of Dorgali, Orosei and Galtelli, about 10 km away.
Nearby are excursion destinations such as Tiscali, the Gola Goruppo gorge, the Grotta d'Ispinigoli, the Su Gologone spring, Lago Cedrino, the nuragic village of Osiri and several nuraghi.
You can enjoy a pleasant meal in the restaurants near S'ena e Muro and Ispinigoli, in the surrounding villages or in one of the agriturismo, where only Sardinian specialities are served.
In autumn, many towns in the area hold "open farm days" (cortes apertas), where you can feast on local delicacies, admire handicrafts and also experience local dances and choirs.

Relaxing paradise
Our stay at the tiny house of Torsten and Birgit was truly fantastic! The location of the house in the middle of nature surrounded by sheep and lots of greenery is simply fantastic. Torsten and Birgit are extremely warm and accommodating and gave us valuable tips for excursions.
It is a joy to spend time with the particularly lovely dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks.
The tiny house itself is cozy and well-equipped. You have a great view of olive trees and the sea. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Holiday in paradise
My daughter and I spent our vacation in the enchanting wooden trailer with Birgit and Torsten. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need for living during vacation. The toilet and shower are only a few steps away and brand new, functional, and clean. The trailer is located on a beautiful wild plot with a view of the Gulf of Orosei. At night, you can observe a breathtaking starry sky, accompanied by some bells from the neighboring sheep and the song of the night birds. The area is perfect for exploring the eastern coast of Sardinia. The nearest beach can be reached in just a few minutes via a short stretch of partly unpaved road, except for a few inconspicuous bars, the beach is empty and original without animation or the like. The sea is a dream. In October, the water was still very pleasantly warm. The area is also great for hiking or long walks, here the hosts have great tips, and you come across corners that are definitely not found in any travel guide. The towns of Orosei and Dorgali are quickly accessible and offer everything you need for your vacation with a variety of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and supermarkets. We really enjoyed our stay.
