The holiday flat has a balcony and is located on the 1st floor of a family house in a quiet, central location, so that you can reach everything in the village in a few minutes on foot.
For a relaxing walk, Tating offers the Hochdorfer Garten with a baroque garden monument. For sporting activities, there is a golf course and tennis court, a large sports field, bicycle hire and well-developed cycle paths, for example to the beach in St. Peter-Ording, 7 km away.
There is a bakery with a mini-market and a coffee roastery in the village. Opposite the restaurant "Eiderstedter Kroog" is the Waffelstube, in the Hochdorfer Garten is the Schweizer Haus Galerie café and restaurant and then there is the Felix Bar.
If you arrive by car, there is a free public car park next to the house. You can use the driveway for loading and unloading and park your bikes there if necessary.
Otherwise you can also reach Tating by train. There is an hourly service between Husum and St. Peter-Ording. The train station is approx. 800 m from the holiday flat.
