* The GROUND floor area next to the pool offers a stylish living area with a flat-screen TV, a PlayStation 5, Air Conditioner, A fireplace, a direct exit to the outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (an ice maker, a wine cooler, microwave oven, coffee maker Bosh - espresso, a toaster, a kettle...).
There is also a Bedroom NO1 with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air-conditioner, and glass doors toward the outdoor dining area also overviewing the neighbourhood. And family bathroom with a shower.
