The detached holiday home is modernly furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.

1st floor: Living room with sitting area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette with gas stove (3 flames), oven, fridge (120 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and is very well equipped for holidaymakers. We liked the use of the terrace with plenty of space and parasols and the lawn for the children. We felt very comfortable there.
