Kitchen and cabinet wall very old. Could be more modern. Terrace roof in case it rains. Beautify exterior view of the property. Cleaning and painting etc. new grill.

The view is unique and the tranquility for relaxing is great. We found everything we need. Do you want suggestions? The grill is too close to the hedge to the neighbor; in very dry weather, it could catch fire, and a roof like at the neighboring houses would be great.

No dish towel. A path to the jetty would be great, as we have always carried the cut grass into the house. Internet should actually be a basic requirement for the price. A "carport" with a solid roof would be desirable since the car gets quite dirty. A railing around the terrace is a must as the house is offered for families. A roof over the terrace would be a suggestion from my side. If the house were equipped with these suggestions, it would at least meet Danish standards for this price.

We had a beautiful, quiet stay. The ambiance is very well-maintained and clean. All appliances work and are not old. There are screens on all windows and the entrance door, so nothing stood in the way of a relaxing, mosquito-free night. Since we were lucky to catch probably the hottest week of the summer, a second sun umbrella that can be set up individually would have been beneficial.

The location of the holiday property is excellent. Directly by the lake/water. The bungalow is, I believe, still of old GDR standard. It feels overall smaller than described, as one bedroom is in the basement and one bedroom is in the attic. Personally, I missed a bedside lamp, as I read a lot. In the kitchen, I missed a dishwasher; otherwise, standard equipment! Unfortunately, we also had no Wi-Fi! And on the terrace, there was no covering in case of rain. Anyone looking to relax is exactly right here. The forest is right next door and it is also relatively quiet. The price for this property is somewhat too high, probably the location is the decisive factor here.
