Margari Villas is a unique architectural space perfectly integrated into the natural ambience of olive groves, located in a quiet village of Linardići on the island of Krk. The entire property consists of several buildings uniquely designed as ground-floor buildings surrounding a central atrium dominated by old olive trees and Mediterranean plants. In the centre is an infinity pool. It is a space to gather, relax and enjoy nature. It is interesting that the space of the houses was built in such a way that the old olive grove determined the position of individual parts of the building, so that Margari actually represents three buildings, the first of which is the entrance area and reception with front parking . There is an entrance to the largest house with living and dining room and two bedrooms with private bathroom with shower and walk-in wardrobe. Each room also has access to the patio with its own terrace. From the living room you enter the central atrium with a swimming pool as well as a loggia for dining and barbecuing and a cantilevered balcony. From the central courtyard you enter a small house dominated by a spacious kitchen with a kitchen island. From this space you enter two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes, as well as private terraces. From this building you reach the backyard with olive groves and Mediterranean plants as well as the rear parking and the entrance to the property. There are 4 bicycles at your disposal and pets are welcome. Margari Villas is the place where you can enjoy your perfect holiday in a natural and authentic environment.
