Modern vacation home from 2023 with outdoor hot tub and sauna located in the attractive Marielyst Strandpark area, approximately 1300 meters from one of Denmark's best and most child-friendly sandy beaches and not far from a pleasant lake. The cozy living room is combined with a modern kitchen, which includes induction hobs, a separate oven and combi oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room has a smart TV with Danish TV channels and wireless internet. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, which is heated by an energy-efficient air/water heat pump. There are four bedrooms, all with two single beds, as well as a loft with mattresses for two people. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a toilet, sink, and shower, the other with a washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the sun on the large wooden terrace in the garden furniture or on the sun loungers, and when evening approaches, you can extend the evening's cosiness under the semi-covered terrace with patio heater while conjuring up a delicious meal on the barbecue. There is a charging station for electric cars Type 2-IEC 62196-2. Close to the house, there is a large communal area for free use. The house is close to bowling, a golf course, Put & Take, and close to shopping and the town center. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The holiday home is modern and comfortably furnished. In the largest bedroom there is a closet in which a clothes horse, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner as well as a cleaning bucket and mop are stored. In each room there is a shelf for clothes. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was plastic crockery for children and a sufficient selection of plates and bowls. There were also plenty of pots, casserole dishes and pans. We particularly liked the fact that there was a mixer and hand blender as well as kitchen scales. There was also a peeler, garlic press and grater. In general, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen. / In the attic we found a travel cot and a high chair, which is of course great for families with small children. / The highlight is of course the sauna and the whirlpool, the instructions for use can be found directly at the sauna house,

Great, spacious, and nicely furnished house. Large and fully equipped kitchen, barbecue grill, plenty of retreat options, large terrace, hot tub, and sauna just for overall well-being. Recommendations: The island of Møn is highly recommended. Mini-golf and a go-kart track are nearby. The nature reserve in Bøtø, just 5 km away, is also worth seeing; there you can observe many animals in the wild, including wild horses, deer, cattle, and rabbits, which even occasionally visit the holiday resort. We only visited the Diner Burgergrill 1907 restaurant and were very satisfied there. Additionally, the ice cream parlor at the observation platform in Marielyst is absolutely recommended; the ice cream is super delicious.
