Our Lachmööv is situated in a quiet but central location. You can reach the beautiful fine sandy beach, Gosch and other restaurants, a bookshop and other shops on foot in 10 minutes, Feinkost Meyer, Budnikowsky, bakeries, Blum and several bicycle rentals in only 5 minutes.

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mietvertrag kann von Ihnen zu folgenden Bedingungen mittels schriftlicher Erklärung gekündigt werden - bis 6 Monate vor Mietbeginn gegen Übernahme einer Bearbeitungspauschale von 75 €, darüber hinaus ohne weitere Zahlungsverpflichtung; - in einer Zeit bis zu 4 Monaten vor Mietbeginn gegen Zahlung von 60 % der Miete; - in einer Zeit von weniger als 4 Monaten vor Mietbeginn gegen Zahlung von 80 % der Miete. Für die Bestimmung des jeweiligen Zeitraumes gilt der dem Mietbeginn vorausgehende Kalendertag des jeweiligen Monats, an dem die Kündigung bei mir eintrifft. Auf die von Ihnen mit der Kündigung übernommene Zahlung werden zu Ihren Gunsten die Einnahmen aus einer anderweitigen Vermietung des Ferienhauses angerechnet. Für den Fall, dass Sie das Ferienhaus nicht kündigen, jedoch auch nicht beanspruchen, bleiben Sie zur Entrichtung der Miete verpflichtet. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird daher ausdrücklich empfohlen. Im Fall höherer Gewalt (Brand o.ä.) oder sonstiger nicht von mir zu vertretenden Ereignisse (wie z.B. Veränderungen gesetzlicher Grundlagen, Auflagen der Gemeinde Wenningstedt etc.), bin ich berechtigt vom Mietvertrag zurückzutreten, ohne dass dem Mieter ein Recht auf Schadensersatz zusteht.
