In the bedroom there is a large 1.40-meter bed as well as two narrower single beds, and in the living kitchen there is a pull-out guest bed for possible visitors, which normally serves as a couch. Parking space, Wi-Fi, balcony, a TV (public and private TV channels, Netflix, Prime) are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, coffee maker, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, hand mixer, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and glasses. Several options for making coffee are of course included (fully automatic machine and regular filter machine). We always keep some coffee ready for your arrival. The spacious daylight bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, bidet, washbasin, as well as a washing machine. One – in exceptional cases also two – pet(s) are possible by arrangement (consideration for the neighbors is a prerequisite, therefore please do not bring fighting dogs or animals that bark a lot – and above all, the animals should not be left alone in the apartment). Smoking please on the balcony. From the bedroom window, the apartment offers a small lake view to the west in clear weather. Lake Constance is one to two kilometers away and easily reachable on foot.
