Discover the charming holiday home Le Valadas in Lauris, surrounded by a breathtaking natural landscape. This idyllic holiday home accommodates up to 3 guests in 120 square metres of living space and has 1 bedroom with 1 bathroom.
The holiday home is nestled in nature and invites you to relax and enjoy. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape and is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or a cosy dinner outdoors.
Inside, a cosy living room awaits you with large window openings, a wood-burning stove that provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings. The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities such as a dishwasher, so you can feel right at home. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed to guarantee you a restful sleep. On the first floor is the spacious open-plan study, which offers further sleeping possibilities.
For your entertainment, there is a TV and free fibre optic Wi-Fi. It is therefore ideal for a workation stay.
The holiday home Le Valadas impresses with its quiet location and proximity to picturesque sights of Provence. Enjoy hikes or walks through nature or explore the diverse cultural sights in the area. The charming village of Lourmarin is just a few minutes away and offers numerous restaurants, pretty boutiques and a typical Provençal market.
The property is accessed via a dirt road and a concrete driveway, which is not suitable for sports cars.

The holiday home is nestled in a pine forest and is 3 km from the village of Lauris. The charming Provençal town of Lauris has bakeries, grocery shops, cafés and restaurants.
Just 5km away is the picturesque village of Lourmarin, known for its Provençal weekly market, handicrafts, art galleries and restaurants.
Cultural sights such as Aix-en-Provence, Arles, Avignon, Orange, Saint-Rémy de Provence, Roussillon, Gordes, Sénanques as well as the Verdon Gorge or the Calanques between Marseille and Cassis are easily accessible as a day trip.

Adventurous vacation
Upon arriving at the holiday home Le Valadas, we felt immediately at ease. Very stylishly furnished with everything for any holiday wishes. The description and the photos on the website show the holiday home very authentically.
The possibilities for relaxation, activities in the house with a multitude of books, CDs, games for young and old during less pleasant weather are exceptional. There is also an outdoor kitchen – barbecuing is possible as well.
The house is located in the middle of the forest with heavenly peace. In the evening on the terrace by candlelight, one can wonderfully end the day and gaze at the stars. The large trees provide a shady spot even in high summer temperatures. For cooler days, there is underfloor heating – a fireplace can also be lit. For supplies, there is a supermarket in the neighboring village, but visiting local fruit/vegetable vendors, olive oil producers, and bakers will certainly leave a more lasting impression. The holiday home is located on the southern edge of the Luberon and offers a good starting point for hiking or biking tours as well as visits to the picturesque mountain villages with their typical charm of southern France. Cities like Aix-en-Provence, Avignon, Arles, as well as the Mediterranean with the Camargue (beware of mosquitoes), and the holiday resort of Cassis – with the Calanque d'En-vau bay – are easily accessible.
Visiting the larger cities requires a bit more preparation regarding. Parking available, museum visit with ticket reservation. The tips from our landlord Josèphine always inspired us to new excursions, so we stayed a few days longer. It was a wonderful vacation, thank you again to our landlords Josèphine for everything.

Perfect architect's house
Beautiful architect-designed house in a quiet location, top amenities, very nice host, unspoiled nature with many songbirds. With a bit of luck, you might see a fox and deer. The town of Lauris offers a great organic bakery, a wonderful cheese shop, and butcheries. The house is an ideal starting point for activities in the Luberon and Provence.

Dream house in untouched nature
After we mastered the somewhat arduous ascent with our camper van, we were greeted by a dreamy ambiance. The holiday home is beautifully embedded in the landscape, and from various seating areas on the terraces around the house, one can enjoy the view, the tranquility, and the sun.
The rooms are very bright and cozy even in the rain. On cooler days, the heating ensures a pleasant stay, and the fireplace stove works great. The house is very well equipped, well-maintained, lovingly and personally decorated. Nothing is missing, and we felt comfortable right away.
In addition to the landscape of the Luberon and the towns with their Provençal markets, we particularly enjoyed the sculpture park of Chateau La Coste.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our host, who provided us with many helpful tips and was always concerned that we felt at home in "Le Valadas."

A unique retreat - A paradise for nature lovers and culture enthusiasts
Our four days spent in this charming holiday home in southern France were literally a dream. Surrounded by the picturesque landscape of the Luberon, nestled in a secluded forest area, the house offered the perfect mix of peace, solitude, and activities that wonderfully rounded off our holiday experience.
The tranquil atmosphere of the surroundings was a true delight for the senses, a place where we had trouble not completely relaxing. It was the perfect setting for hikes where we could enjoy the beautiful landscape. Additionally, the possibility of canoeing on the nearby Durance was also an unforgettable experience.
The location of the holiday apartment also provided an excellent opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful towns in southern France. We were able to easily take day trips to Avignon, Orange, Roussillon, and Aix-en-Provence and explore the splendor of these cultural gems. Inside the apartment, we immediately felt at home. The loving and comfortable decor created a warm and cozy atmosphere. We could also enjoy the breathtaking natural beauty around us every morning on the spacious terrace while listening to the cicadas over a hearty breakfast.
Finally, we would like to highlight the warm hospitality we experienced during our stay. Every concern was addressed quickly and professionally, which made us feel like we could focus on what really matters: enjoying our vacation. We experienced true friendship here.
Overall, this vacation apartment is the perfect place for anyone who loves nature and wants to take the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful cities in southern France. An authentic French experience that we will definitely repeat. Our stay undoubtedly gets 5 stars!

Dreamy holiday home in an idyllic location
After a challenging drive to the holiday home, one arrives in paradise. The individually designed and lovingly furnished holiday home, including the property, impressed us very much; nothing was missing! The petanque court and the French frog game provided additional fun and games. The very friendly hostess gave us helpful tips for excursions to the villages, markets, and sights in the Luberon. We enjoyed our 14-day vacation in Le Valadas very much, and it will always be remembered fondly.
