The detached holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Gaienhofen on the Höri peninsula in Untersee and has a magnificent view of Lake Constance and Switzerland opposite.
The lake with its boat landing stage, bathing area, playground, sunbathing lawn and the Bistro Heimathafen can be reached very easily by a short walk (approx. 500 m).
Our light-flooded house has a living area of approx. 138 m² and is modern and comfortably furnished.
Up to 8 people can find a relaxing place to sleep in the 4 bedrooms.
The two bathrooms have a shower and a toilet, the bathroom on the ground floor also has a bathtub.
Our very well equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher is well equipped with everything you need to cook, serve and eat at a beautifully set table.
Visit the nearby leisure facilities or simply ride your two-wheeler around Lake Constance.
In our lockable garage you can safely store your bicycles and, if necessary, also charge your e-bikes directly.
A wallbox (for a fee) is also available for your electric vehicles for convenient charging directly at the house.
You rent the whole house, incl. cellar, garden and a lockable garage.
With its 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the holiday home is also very suitable for a holiday with friends or for a family reunion.

Our holiday home is located in Gaienhofen on Lake Constance in the natural paradise of Höri and the surrounding area is a pure oasis of relaxation.
Gaienhofen is located on the beautiful Lake Constance peninsula of Höri in Untersee, between the cities of Radolfzell and Stein am Rhein (CH).
World-famous poets and painters, such as Herrmann Hesse, Otto Dix, Erich Heckel, Helmuth Macke and many others, have left their mark on this very beautiful Lake Constance region.
If you are looking for a somewhat quieter region on Lake Constance, then our house is the right place for you.

Here is the translation to English: Bookings at our property are binding and cannot be cancelled free of charge. The following cancellation fees apply: - Cancellation up to the 60th day before the start of the rental = 50% of the rental price - Cancellation from the 60th to the 30th day before the start of the rental = 75% of the rental price - From the 30th day before the start of the rental = 90% of the rental price If we are able to re-rent the property, we will not charge any fees and will refund any cancellation fees already paid. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Absolutely recommended
We rented the holiday home in July 2025 for a group of five adults. It matched the description provided in every respect, and we were thrilled. The view over the lake from the living area and the balcony is magnificent. The bakery is only 600 meters away. Additionally, there is a fresh market and various restaurants on site. From Gaienhofen, the region can be explored very well without a car thanks to the free Höri bus. We spent beautiful days there. Thank you very much to the exceptionally nice landlord.
