We rent this flat, located in Nice, for short periods (less than 1 month). Prices vary depending on the duration. If you are interested, please contact me and I will send you a rental contract.
The flat is on the ground floor of a townhouse. It has a large private terrace where you can eat in the sun and enjoy your summer evenings . The children can have fun there for sure!
The flat is ideally located, just a few steps from the tram, the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. Close to the city centre (15/20 minutes on foot), you can easily visit Place Massena, the "Coulée Verte", the old town of Nice and the Cour Saleya.
The flat is fully air-conditioned and has a large fitted kitchen (gas hob, extractor bonnet, microwave, oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and a dishwasher) with direct access to the terrace. Crockery and kitchen utensils are provided.
1 living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV that leads onto a large veranda that can be used as a dining room. The veranda also leads onto the terrace .
The flat has 2 spacious bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a mezzanine with a single bed and a 130 cm sofa bed.
The second bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed.
RARE in the city centre: a large, very sunny terrace around the house.
You will find all kinds of shops near the house: bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, ...
If you arrive late or I am not at home on the day of your arrival, a key box is at your disposal.
Parking in a closed and secure garage located 50m from the flat.
Linen is provided (bed linen and towels).
The flat has wifi and fibre optics.
The accommodation is non-smoking ( but you can smoke on the terrace) and pets are not allowed.
We attach particular importance to the cleanliness of the premises, the welcome of our travellers and their well-being. We therefore ask you in return to show respect by taking care of the flat and being careful not to disturb the neighbours.

The flat is near a school. During the day you can hear the noise of the children at recess....
The two bedrooms are arranged one behind the other. So you have to go through one room to get to the second room.
