The holiday home has a beautiful garden, which invites you to relax and play. The private parking space ensures stress-free parking, while the terrace is ideal for socialising outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker, so you can feel right at home. Entertainment is provided by the TV in the living room.
Families with small children are in good hands in the holiday home next door: A cot and a high chair are available. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, you will always be well informed and connected, even on holiday. Long-term rentals are also possible.
The interior of the holiday home impresses with its lovely design: in the pictures you can see the stylish wooden windows, the bright façade and the well-kept lawn. Our holiday home is located in a quiet terraced housing estate on the former edge of Büsum and offers you the ideal place to relax with a large living-dining area, adjoining terrace and garden, as well as 2 bedrooms. Despite the quiet location, the pedestrian zone "Alleestraße", the centre of the village, the harbour, the transition to the main beach (dyke and lawn), the North Sea with high and low tide, as well as the train station, supermarkets and playgrounds are within walking distance within a maximum of 15 minutes.
Our house is located in a residential area. The general quiet hours apply.
There is a playground in the direct vicinity.
Supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka, Penny, Netto), a bakery and the railway station are within a radius of 1 km - approx. 10-15 minutes on foot
The main shopping street "Alleestraße" in the centre, the museum harbour, the transition to the main beach (lawn dike), the leisure and information centre "Watt 'n hus" and the leisure/wellness and spa Bad Meerzeit are within a radius of 1.3km - approx. 15-20 minutes on foot.
The crossing to the Perlebucht family lagoon is approx. 1.7 km away, so that you can reach the family lagoon in 20-25 minutes on foot.
Transport
Büsum is a small town where you can reach almost everything on foot.
From 01.03-21.11 there is a Bäderbahn service in Büsum. Line 1 - Krabbenexpress - can be used free of charge with the guest card. The "Gode Tied" stop is not far from the house.
How to get there:
By car: Büsum can be reached by car via the BAB 23. From the motorway exit Heide West, you can reach the accommodation in about 15 minutes via the federal road 203. From Hamburg, the journey time to Büsum via the A23 is approx. 1-1.5 hours, depending on the starting point and traffic situation.
Train: Büsum can also be reached by train. From Heide, the northern train runs hourly to Büsum. The house is approx. 10-15 min from the station. The journey time from Hamburg main station is approx. 2 h 10

Wonderful holiday home
We were there over Easter with 3 small children and were delighted from the very beginning. Very clean and child-safe apartment. Great furnishings. The landlady is very friendly and places great importance on the well-being of her guests. We will definitely come back and were reluctant to leave.

Very beautiful holiday home in a quiet location.
Uncomplicated and nice landlords, spotlessly clean house, cozy furnishings, wonderful beds, great kitchen equipment, nothing was missing. Small cozy terrace. Bicycle garage, parking space, short distances to the city and the sea. I have been there 4 times for a short break, everything was perfect.

We are a patchwork family from Hamburg who got to know Büsum as a recreational gem 30 years ago through our parents/grandparents. Whether it's hiking on the mudflats, eating crabs, watching sunsets by the water, listening to the sound of the sea and birdsong or doing water sports, over the years we have all come to appreciate Büsum for our own reasons and we now all come regularly to Büsum, not just for family visits. We would also like to offer others the opportunity to relax in Büsum and have lovingly renovated this terraced house from the 80s and prepared it for holiday guests as a family project at the beginning of 2021.
