Required as a family

We had a wonderful stay in this charming, quaint holiday home. The location couldn't be better – just a few steps from the beach and still centrally located, ideal for excursions in the area. The house itself exudes coziness and is lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the nice and uncomplicated communication with the landlord, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to come back!

Super beautiful house - very close to the beach

If you are looking for relaxation and a nice vacation where you don't have to compromise on anything: You are in the right place! At the Möser/Leroux family, hospitality is highly valued. We spoke on the phone before booking to learn more about the lovely little house. The description is completely accurate. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach. It takes about 5 minutes to walk there. The tranquility in the surroundings of the park was also especially relaxing. Our daughter was very happy about the rabbits and chickens that were running freely there.
With the restaurant tips, the offer was complete. We would love to come back. Thank you :)

Pure relaxation

We can only confirm the ratings given so far. Actually, there is nothing more to add to them

We were able to spend 3 weeks in a great holiday home in a beautiful environment with a wonderful (very child-friendly!) sandy beach. We would have preferred not to leave at all

- the contact to the family Leroux / Möser is uncomplicated, cordial and helpful in every situation
- the house is very clean and lacks nothing (furnished with love for detail / the beds are comfortable / the kitchen is fully equipped / 2 bathrooms / garden furniture incl. garden loungers as well as bicycles are available)
- Let your soul dangle in your own garden. We did not notice anything of the holiday guests of the manor house
- many sights / places to discover in the surrounding area
By bike you can reach the centre of Cabourg in 5 minutes, Dives-sur-Mer in 10-15 minutes and Houlgat in 20 minutes
A little further, but wonderful, is a cycle tour in the direction of Ouistreham through the nature reserve or simply a detour into the hinterland
- we recommend the mini-golf course in Cabourg. In the high season, just get there as early as possible
- for early risers, it is also a beautiful spectacle to watch the sulkies and riders on the beach at low tide

dreamlike holiday domicile

This holiday home immediately enchants you with its charm. Everything is inviting and very clean. The beds are comfortable and everything you need is there
On the property you are accompanied by chickens, ducks and rabbits. The quiet location makes you feel at peace yourself.
It is only a short walk to the beach and there is plenty to see and do in and around Cabourg.
We received many photos and helpful descriptions from the landlord in advance and the contact was very cordial.
We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back.

Nice vacation

We had a very pleasant stay in the holiday home, which is located at the end of a park. There are 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms (ground floor and upper floor). We only used the kitchen on the ground floor; all the cooking utensils you need are available, as well as sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses. Since the weather was wonderful, we always ate on the terrace.

The spacious sandy beach, bakery and restaurant are within walking distance. Via the beautiful promenade, you can walk to the city center of Cabourg in about 25 minutes.

The house is ideally located for excursions to the hinterland, the D-Day beaches or to Honfleur. A large supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes by car.

In advance, our landlord gave us some tips for excursions and good restaurants. He always responded very quickly to inquiries; we communicated easily via telephone and WhatsApp.

Quietness and Isolation!!!

Joe Thompson here from the US 90s Rap Band Down Low... Just left this beautiful get away by the beach shores of the Atlantic! Needed to be alone to relax, mediate, and write new songs for my next new album. Thank you Mr. Leroux for providing such a location. I was really impressed with how clean the house was and how everything was accessible for my partner and I to work in different areas of the house to come up with new songs. I personally will be back privately for a little relaxing time soon. The costs, location, isolation, service and the beautiful restaurants downtown was excellent and so delicious. Great place to stay!

Very beautiful house, we really appreciated the park and the isolation of the house in this moment of covid. It is very close to the sea and it is a wonderful place that looks much better than the pictures. Everything you need is in the house and all very clean and tidy. We booked through the Internet and found it easy to communicate with the owner. Simple and fast. We had a good rest in the idyllic setting of the manor park and we will for sure come back again. I can only recommend this house!

A very beautiful small house in an idyllic small park, somewhat secluded, which was very pleasant in light of COVID. The house looks much nicer in reality than in the pictures, and the proximity to the beach and the sea is simply beautiful.
The house has great amenities, and everything you need can be found, all very tidy and clean.
Booking online is completely hassle-free, and the owners are very nice and respond quickly. We spent a lovely vacation in an idyllic setting of the park and close to the sea. We will definitely come back here!

Island of tranquility

I had a very pleasant stay in the holiday house, which is located in a closed park of a manor in Varaville. The manor also offers guest rooms, which are in high demand. However, due to the distance of over 100 meters, you don't notice anything from the other guests and can enjoy complete privacy. The house has two kitchens and bathrooms each, making it theoretically usable for two rental parties. The lower area is renovated and has a well-equipped kitchen as well as a rich and complete furnishings. Conclusion: Closed park with an electric gate, tranquility, beach, bakery, city center, and supermarket in close proximity. Excellent location. Highlights: very sympathetic and uncomplicated landlord, who allows for maximum relaxation in travel organization.
