The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen where you can stay, as well as a second kitchen. It has two separate entrances and can be divided into two smaller flats, so it is also possible to rent just one small flat of 50 square metres suitable for 5/6 people (with kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, garden and parking).
Enjoy the time outdoors in our large garden reserved just for you, where you can relax in the deckchairs under the trees and under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue with our barbecue at your disposal. For your convenience, the house also has two car parks and a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning or lunch or dinner after a walk or a swim in the sea or an excursion. Even in winter there are often beautiful sunny days.
Inside you will find all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV and washing machine. A very beautiful and newly renovated Art Nouveau villa, new furnishings and installations in excellent condition, fine finishes. Excellent location 30 metres from the sea and 50 metres from Viale Dante (Riccione's movida). Surrounded by the garden, it offers a quiet environment, excellent for families, with deckchairs, sunshades, tables, chairs and barbecue. There is independent heating so it can also be rented for the winter period. In autumn and winter you can go for pleasant walks by the sea or in the surrounding area, visit cities of art, go skiing or snowshoeing in the mountains or walking in the woods, taste the local gastronomy. Riccione is full of activities both in summer and winter: nightclubs, pubs, discos for all ages, restaurants, theme parks, cinemas, shops, museums, sports facilities, etc.
