Discover the beautiful Duben/Landgraf holiday flat in Ilmtal-Weinstraße, OT Kromsdorf. This cosy 40 square metre flat offers space for up to 3 guests.
Our beautiful and very individually designed holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of Weimar.
You can reach Weimar by car in about 3-5 minutes, by bike on the Ilmradweg in about 20-30 minutes or by bus in about 5-10 minutes.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the house and has a separate entrance and its own terrace with patio furniture.
The flat has been renovated to a very high standard. The old mud walls have been restored and give the flat a unique indoor climate. The entire flat has underfloor heating.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge (freezer), oven & ceramic hob, dishwasher and sink.
Of course, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle are at your disposal.
The living room is equipped with a couch and coffee table, as well as a dining table with 4 chairs.
A flat screen TV, DVD player and a radio are available.
The windows are fitted with pleated blinds (translucent).
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). The window is provided with a pleated blind (darkening).
The bathroom has a washstand, a shower (shallow entry - approx. 3cm) and a WC.
Towels are included. Bed linen can be booked on request for 5€ per person or you have to bring your own.
Pets are available on request and are subject to a charge. We charge 8€/night.

Simply Class
Beautifully renovated, furnished, and equipped apartment. The location, close to the palace park, is ideal for dogs and children. There is even a nice playground for the latter. You can also quickly reach Weimar.

A very nice cozy holiday apartment
Hello to all vacation apartment lovers,
we booked and stayed in the vacation apartment for two days and drove home excited. The apartment is very stylish and cozy, it is well-equipped, very tidy, and clean. The hosts are always open to questions regarding the surroundings and the apartment and are very helpful with the purchase of utensils, for example, rinse aid, dishwasher tabs, etc.
