A simple and practical place to stay, The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and the parking was convenient, Everything we needed was within a short drive,

We have no idea how the accommodation is, since we cancelled it on Thursday, 17th April 2025 during an enforced "chat" with one of your employees, who called herself Denise. This happened between 16:30 and 17:00 on the above-mentioned day. Your employee found it apparently more important to inform us of the cancellation charges than to recognize that we were cancelling the booking. We tried to contact you by e-mail but that proved impossible. The only way was by chat and there is no written proof of that. Altogether not very customer friendly, unlike the service we have received in the past from other companies offering accommodation. We will certainly not do business with your company again.
