Quiet and sunny, far away from the noise of the municipal and cantonal roads, the Barony is enthroned above a 4,000 m2 Mediterranean tree garden
between the private road Via Violetta and the ancient olive footpath to the picturesque fishing village of Gandria / 1.3 km. A green Oasis and
yet only 2 km from the centre of Lugano.
The flat is equipped with numerous amenities to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Enjoy the fresh air on the terrace with covered dining area and barbecue facilities. A communal indoor pool
with large sun terrace provides refreshment on hot days. Car park available, reservation requested.
Country-style kitchen with hob/oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, fan, kettle and coffee machine. Flat with air conditioning, satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are provided / chargeable. Washing machine with integrated tumble dryer are available for your convenience. A high chair is available for the youngest guests.

| Pool : CHF 35 per person / per week only if used. Car park 4 pers.-car= CHF 105/week, VAN=210/week optional For stays of several weeks, the costs for weekly cleaning/CHF 350 and weekly change of linen package/CHF 175 are to be paid. Damage deposit of CHF 1,000 or Euro 1,100 to be paid in cash on arrival. If no damage has been done, the deposit will be returned on the day of departure. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

The communal indoor swimming pool – subject to a fee of CHF 5/day/person – can be used by swimmers from 8 years of age accompanied by adults.
Reservation for parking: car CHF 5/day – van CHF 30/day desired.
