Leider mehr schlecht als recht
Der Vermieter hat die Hälfte der Kaution einbehalten. In der Hausordnung steht Besenrein.Nach nochmaligem Fegen bemängelt er immer noch den schmutzigen Boden, der natürlich mit einem Besen nicht Flecken frei wird. Die Wohnung haben wir sauberer verlassen als wir sie vorgefunden haben. Überall waren Spinnennetze, im Waschbecken Haare der Vormieter, einen verschimmelten Kaffee Filter in der Kaffeemaschine, warmes Wasser gab es meist nur am Abend. Die ersten 3Tage gab es kein TV. Der Hof allgemein wäre schön wenn er nicht so vermüllt und ungepflegt wäre. Ich kann nur davon abraten dort zu buchen. Wir haben schon so oft im Bayrischen Wald Urlaub gemacht aber so einen Vermieter hatten wir noch nie. Waren mit 5 PERSONEN und 3 Hunden dort. Haben Betten auf und abgezogen, Toiletten und Waschbecken geputzt, alles gespült und eingeräumt und wie immer das Haus besenrein verlassen.
