No shedding breeds only: To minimize cleaning efforts and accommodate guests with allergies, only hypoallergenic dogs are allowed. The dog must not sleep on any of the beds/couch. - Upon booking, a non-refundable advance payment of 40% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 60% of the total booking amount can be settled on the day of your arrival You can choose to make the final payment either in cash or by transferring the amount to our provided bank account. In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable advance payment of 40% will not be returned. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Any cancellations made after the check-in date or no-shows will result in the full booking amount being charged. We highly recommend considering travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

For hygiene reasons and to prevent damage to the pool liner, bathing dogs in the pool is prohibited. Violation of this rule will incur a charge of €300.
