Vacation in nature

The property and the house are top-notch. Everything inside is also perfectly clean and very lovingly furnished. The host is super friendly and very helpful, always there when you need him. He has the best tips for activities and knows the best restaurants.
Actually, I didn't want to write a review, but with this host and this wonderful atmosphere, five stars are far too few. We will come back.

Great house with very nice landlords.

We were very satisfied. Very nice property and house with everything you need. All of this in a picturesque setting close to the national park. Restaurant within walking distance, others just a short drive away. Swimming spot for our dogs by the river also accessible with a short drive on gravel or on foot. Many activities possible, e.g. rafting, biking, or hiking. The highlight is Dino and his wife Sanya. They take care of and pamper their guests. Always reachable quickly for questions, and they provide many tips. Highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.

Bosnia - unexpected beauty!

We (2 adults and 3 children) stayed at this very charming accommodation for almost two weeks. The house has everything you need, and Dino was always available for any requests or questions and helped immediately. He welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything, and explained it all. We received a few tips regarding shopping, sights, etc. right away. No wishes were left unfulfilled. Thank you again! ! ! You and your family are great, we really enjoyed our time with you and are looking forward to seeing you again!

The beautiful natural landscape, with all its beauty and waterfalls, is indescribable. You have to see it. This country is an absolute insider tip.

We can only report good, great, impressive, and wonderful things.

A dream for dog owners

The Villa Lana is a dream of a house, extremely clean and tastefully furnished, with a great pool and many activities in the surrounding area. The host Dino is a warm, helpful, and wonderful person who takes care of you perfectly throughout your vacation, bringing small and big delicious surprises. I have rarely experienced such friendliness, yet it is never intrusive. The garden is a dream for dog owners, completely fenced, about 110 cm high, slightly higher at the entrance. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone, with or without a dog.

Beautiful holiday in the Maldives.

I was last week with my partner and my dog in this wonderful accommodation. The property is beautiful and Dino is a super nice host. You have a lot of peace and can, for example, visit beautiful waterfalls nearby. It was a wonderful and very relaxing holiday and we will gladly come back! Thank you very much for the great week!

Time for a break

The Villa Lana allowed our family of 5 (with a toddler) to escape from everyday life for a fantastic two weeks. The country, the landscape, the surroundings, the activities, and the people left beautiful memories that we would love to experience again.

The landlord couple welcomed us warmly and spoiled us with food gifts and an unforgettable barbecue. Very delicious, almost everything was homemade and home-grown.

No questions remained unanswered, and wishes were fulfilled. One could enjoy and relax.

We also enjoyed our restaurant visits. Taste, portion size, and cost were unbeatable.

Thanks to the recommendations, we were never bored in Bosnia, and the country is a hidden beauty.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a wonderful time at Villa Lana.

And yes, it is definitely recommended.
Anyone longing for a vacation with their loved ones in freedom and nature should not wait any longer. Fun and relaxation are experienced at the same time.

Bosnia's unknown beauty National Park Una

We were welcomed with open arms. The location matched the description and the charming people took the time to explain everything to us.

Bihac is an ideal place if you want to rest. We had a wonderful week in the peaceful village of Račić. The people were very friendly. The house was very clean and tidy, well equipped. There is nothing missing, it is somewhat remote and very quiet. The Zahirovic family is very friendly and helpful. You feel warmly welcomed from the first moment. The large garden is huge and completely fenced, a paradise for dog owners.

Attention athletes!!!
We belong to that group ourselves. The conditions in the Una National Park are also perfect for an active holiday: In addition to rafting and kayaking tours, hikers and mountain bikers will also have fun because the Osječnica, Klekovača, and Plješevica mountains, which also have a height of 1650 meters, are ideal for it. Activities like swimming and cave diving are also possible. Certain zones on the rivers Una and Unac are open for fishing, a dream experience! Excursions to the national park with no mass tourism surrounded by many natural parks, like Una, Krka, and the Plitvice Lakes National Park!

An untouched natural landscape that I have rarely experienced so intensely. Although it was November, we had wonderful weather with temperatures between 15 and 18 degrees.
We have booked again for July 2024 because I want to take advantage of the dream location in the summer with a private pool.

Most beautiful November vacation

In the past week, we (2 adults and 2 dogs) were able to relax in beautiful Bosnia. We found the page on Facebook. The communication with the host Dino was always very quick, friendly, uncomplicated, and responsive. Such warm hospitality is really rare nowadays!
We really liked this house, we felt at home there. Upon request, Dino provided us with delicious local food: excellent service and highly recommended!
The house itself is first-class (actually, nothing is missing!) and cleanliness is also a priority. The furniture and the entire interior are incredibly beautiful and you can immediately see how much love is put into this house. It has its own charm and you can feel completely comfortable and at home.
The garden is also incredibly beautiful, large, and completely fenced. A paradise for dog owners, but not only the view from the garden is an experience in itself. Whether sunrise or sunset: simply breathtaking!
The surrounding area is definitely worth seeing as well. Numerous hiking trails for big and small adventures (all hikers out there: I am one of them). The week in our temporary home was really nice, but unfortunately too short, and the vacation house is definitely highly recommended (with the risk that it will be fully booked in the future). Our dogs enjoyed spending time in the water at the waterfalls and this beautiful country brought a smile to all of our faces.
A great place that is not yet overrun by mass tourism.
If you are looking for a hidden gem in Bosnia, you should definitely visit the Una River, Kulen Vakuf, Martin Brod, and also the Plitvice Lakes, which are only 30 km away from the accommodation. Thank you for allowing us to spend time with you!
Because one thing is already clear to us: We will come back!

Breathtaking nature warm landlords

This is Bosnia, where things are just different.
Hospitality is highly valued here!
Relaxation is a must here. We felt very welcome. The holiday home Villa Lana is so beautiful that words cannot describe it.
Everything was just perfect here:
The beds with mattresses and bedding are of very high quality, for the first time on vacation we didn't miss our own beds.
The holiday home is so great and furnished with so much love that you won't miss anything.
The view directly from the terrace opposite Račič is truly breathtaking!
The hiking trails around the Una National Park start right in front of the house and the restaurant is only a few minutes away.
But you can also have local food prepared with love brought to you by Dino's best friend. I recommend it, it's so delicious.
The beautiful city of Bihac is also a 10-minute drive away.
The garden is simply a paradise for humans and animals. Completely fenced in with many seating and lying areas and a beautiful pool. Embraced with many ???
If you are looking for absolute peace, you are in the right place. ??☀️??
