A place of well-being with a magnificent view

We felt very comfortable. The view of the bays and Ile Rousse from the large terrace is fantastic. The flat is very clean and well equipped. The surroundings are well suited for hiking, visiting several beautiful sandy beaches nearby. Beautiful mountain villages invite you to stay. We would book again at any time.

Dreamlike

Quietly situated house on a slope. Optimal for people who are looking for peace and quiet. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea, to the beaches Bodri and Ghjunchitu. The landlords are very nice and helpful. Internet is unfortunately a bit too weak. Shopping facilities and beaches are easy to reach by car. All in all, a very charming, well-kept flat where we would have liked to stay forever ;-) We can very well imagine booking this accommodation again.

Beautiful!!!

After 2 very pleasant and relaxing weeks in the apartment Drachea, we are very happy to give a positive review. We felt very comfortable and were so excited that we didn't want to do anything in the first few days.

The well-maintained apartment itself is tastefully and aesthetically furnished, with many nice, surprising details and plenty of storage space. The beds are good; we slept well and woke up without back pain. We would particularly like to highlight the location: Due to its hillside position, there are unique views of the coast. Very positive is the fact that the apartment has two terraces that are exclusively for the tenants of this apartment, so that there is always shade on one of the terraces depending on the time of day. But what fascinated us the most is the huge garden property, lovingly and expertly designed, a sea of blossoms during our stay, with the pool in the midst of it all, and the most beautiful views of the sea and landscape from every angle. We couldn't get enough of it.
The contact with the landlords, Mr. and Mrs. Berz, was also very pleasant. They do not intrude, but are always available and happy to provide tips for trips and activities. We would love to spend another vacation here again.

Dream vacation - careful, addictive potential

We have now been to Casa Cilenti for the third time because it is soooo beautiful and relaxing. The apartments are furnished with great taste by the landlords and maintained by them in top condition. Everything is very clean and well-kept. It is quiet, the beds are great, and we always slept excellently there. We cooked almost every day and we didn't miss anything in the kitchen; shopping facilities are quickly reached by car, and you can really get everything. The view from the terrace, the pool, and the entire property is so wonderful that you can sit for hours just relaxing and looking out to the sea, full of addictive potential! It is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. There are many great excursions and dreamy beaches nearby, which we have not yet managed to explore even after three stays. We will definitely visit this beautiful house on the Island of Beauty with the nice hosts again.

Wonderful !!!!

We spent 14 days in this apartment for our vacation, and we have the best impressions and relaxation. The apartment is very well equipped and lovingly designed with charm. The view of the bay, the turquoise sea, the boats, and the beach is simply fantastic. The two terraces are wonderful, especially on mild summer evenings. The house is situated in a 'botanical' garden, which is delightful for the eyes, the nose, and relaxation. The hosts, Mrs. and Mr. Berz, are very friendly, helpful, and generous. We thank them again and hope to be able to come back. A holiday accommodation that deserves the best rating!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location

The apartment is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. It lacks nothing in terms of equipment. From a hairdryer, various pans to a high-tech microwave, everything is available. It even includes a magnifying mirror for the lady who wears glasses and finds it difficult to put on makeup. The bed and mattress are great, nothing squeaks or sags. The mosquito net canopy above the bed is not only practical but also gives a cozy and homely feeling. Different types of pillows (from firm to soft, as well as large and small) are available. The bathroom is spacious and provides ample space and storage for all kinds of toiletries. The view from the living room or the terrace overlooking the sea is breathtaking.
The surroundings must also be mentioned: The garden is filled with plants from all over the world. The creativity and attention to detail of the very nice and interesting owners, Gerda and Hans Berz, are clearly visible. You can only feel comfortable there. I would visit this apartment again anytime and can only recommend it.

Apartment Drachea Headquarters

We were guests at the Drachea holiday apartment for two delightful weeks. Although we had to adjust to the unusually changeable weather for early May, we succeeded, thanks to the beautiful, well-maintained, and well-equipped apartment with the truly magical view of the lower coast. The hillside location also allowed us to observe occasional kites from quite close range. The contact with the Berz family is warm, unobtrusive, and helpful with tips and information about the island.

For shopping and excursions, a car is definitely necessary, even though some hikes can be taken from the house.

It should be noted that there is good Wi-Fi connection in the apartment and good mobile phone coverage along the coast of Balagne. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank the Berz family for the wonderful days they allowed us to have in Corbara!

Zwei tolle Wochen

We spent two great weeks here with our 10-month-old daughter and felt very comfortable! The apartment is beautifully decorated and cozy, so you enjoy spending time in the vacation rental (which was important for us with a small child). And the view from the living room and terraces is simply fantastic! We felt well taken care of by the Berz family and received many good tips for excursions.

Cozy holiday apartment with a fantastic view!

Together with our adult daughter, we spent two weeks in the Drachea holiday apartment in August.
We can only confirm the positive reviews of our predecessors. The description and pictures of the apartment absolutely match reality.
Those looking for a unique atmosphere in a beautiful environment will feel right at home with the Berz family.
The entire property and the beautiful Mediterranean garden are truly unparalleled on Corsica! The garden offers scattered lounging areas and hammocks, some with magnificent views, inviting you to relax. Upon entering the beautiful and well-maintained holiday apartment, you feel comfortable right from the first moment. The apartment has been cozy furnished with great attention to detail. It features a nice bathroom and a modern, very well-equipped kitchenette. In our opinion, even three people have enough space. The couch in the living area can be easily transformed into a comfortable sleeping place with a dream view. The small bedroom is cozy, equipped with a spacious built-in wardrobe and a very comfortable bed.
We especially enjoyed the two terraces with the fantastic view of the bay and the sea!

Dear Berz family, we felt very comfortable and will certainly come back again!

Fantastic sea view.

Very well-equipped apartment with a splendid view of the sea and partly of the mountains. Great garden with loungers and hammock. Beach reachable in about 20 minutes on foot (about 130 meters in altitude), by car in about 5 minutes. Beautiful beaches. Nice, friendly landlords. Unfortunately, a bit noisy due to the main street further down, but not disturbing at night due to the bedroom's location. Since the positive aspects outweigh, definitely recommended.

Recovery in a pretty apartment with spectacular sea view

We (couple 55+) spent one of the most beautiful holidays of our stays in Corsica here, and saying goodbye was difficult for us. The wonderful garden and the dreamlike view of the sea captured us in particular. The apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished, so we felt very comfortable immediately. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, and we loved that there was a proper espresso machine. The Bodri beach is located a few minutes away by car, was busy according to the travel season, which did not bother us further, as it was very clean, beautifully situated, and offered a clear sea. In the beach bar, one could eat well and simply with a varied selection. L'Ile Rousse is a pretty little town with charm, and its location in Balagne invites you to varied excursions to the coast or to the picturesque mountain villages with great views. The Berz couple is very warm-hearted, and Mrs. Berz gladly gave us great tips and shared insights from her long experience on the island with us. The delicious apricot cake and peaches from her garden as a farewell gift delighted us, and with warmth in our hearts, we departed. We are already looking forward to a reunion, including with the two lovely four-legged friends Nessie and Nero.

Traumaussicht

We felt comfortable. Everything was great. The walk to the beach was a bit challenging, but you don't have to walk. There is a large parking lot at the beach! The beach is definitely worth the effort - a dream beach, Caribbean feeling.

Meerblick und Entspannung pur

The vacation rental is very nice. Since the weather was somewhat changeable and unusually cool in our vacation week, we only used the beautiful terraces and the wonderful garden a little. However, from the sofa and dining table, you have a fantastic view of the sea, which we enjoyed in all weather conditions. Mr. and Mrs. Berz are very hospitable, helpful, and we had some good conversations. Although the vacation rental is located directly next to the landlord's house, we enjoyed complete privacy. The area around the vacation rental is really great, and we had the opportunity for a very diverse vacation: small villages, dreamy beaches, charming cities, varied hikes, and much more. We would have liked to stay longer!

Great view, beautifully furnished, good location

The apartment is located on a slope above Ilse Rousse and is modern and cozy. We immediately felt at home there and were warmly welcomed and provided with many tips. Exciting to hear what the two homeowners from Corsica can tell! The two terraces offer the opportunity to sit depending on the desire for sun and position, and enjoy the great view. The kitchen doesn't have a dishwasher - unnecessary for 2 people anyway - but is well-equipped. There is a combined oven with microwave and a large fridge with freezer. The living space is very tastefully decorated. Everything is super well-maintained. The electrical appliances are new. The bed has a very good mattress and comforters, not those strange sheets that are usually found in France and that are wrapped around the mattress. The Wi-Fi reception is very good and was sufficient to watch a video on a rainy day. The way to the beach and to the bakery, vegetable stand, supermarket is only a 3-minute drive. The apartment is a good starting point for hikes, beach trips, or an evening in the nearby towns. We stayed for 2 weeks and would come back anytime, it was a very relaxing time.

Holiday apartment with flair and wonderful view

We spent a week at the holiday apartment Drachea and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment is situated in the middle of a beautiful garden and offers a wonderful view of the bay of Ile Rousse. There are two terraces available where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast or evening. The apartment has charm and is also very well-equipped.

The location is central. One quickly reaches Ile Rousse and still has enough peace

The Bertz family, the landlords, also live on the premises and welcomed us very sympathetically. We felt very comfortable with the Bertz family. Thank you for the very nice stay. We would love to come back.

Great and restful

A great apartment with an even more beautiful terrace. The beach is almost at your feet (although it's better to drive there), shopping options are quickly accessible. You can hike directly in the surrounding area or drive 15 to 30 minutes - from a small mountain tour to a coastal path. In addition, the mountain villages of Balagne are right at the doorstep.

The landlords are warm-hearted, know the island and its history very well, and helped us with many tips. Conclusion: Always go back!
