We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking, and the private dock was perfect for our fishing trips. The spacious living room made it easy to relax after a day outdoors.

It would have been great in the winter if there was ice to skate on the pond. The nature is beautiful. At the farm, we could get fresh milk and eggs. Accommodation was great, lovely garden by the water with a jetty and terrace. Pike and bream easy to catch, carp difficult. Green woodpecker, kingfisher, and various other bird species seen, many crayfish. Lots of renovations in the park, including at the neighbors, which made it not always very quiet.

The apartment was as described. Good. Except for the showers, which were clogged, and the caretaker could only come by on Friday according to the reception. Although we reported it on Tuesday. However, the caretaker was not there on Friday. Equipment. Good. Outdoor area. Good. Check-in. Actually good. But depending on the occupancy, not everyone can speak German. Two major downsides were that the neighbor started a construction site, and a company was working with large equipment until 7 PM all day. We reported this to Belvilla, and they were able to stop the construction project for the rest of the week. The second downside was the clogged showers and the missing caretaker. Otherwise, Belvilla offered us goodwill, and we were allowed to stay a few days longer. Conclusion. I would not want to rent this house again. But fortunately, you can still find other houses here.
