Description
In a small, family-run urbanisation with only 18 houses and a communal pool with separate children's pool and its own, enclosed and secluded garden equipped with modern garden loungers and garden seating areas, the barbecue area amidst hibiscus flowers, oleander and bogan villa, a terrace, accessible from the kitchen and living room, another dining seating area, as well as 2 comfortable armchairs to chill out. The upper terrace with sea view is also equipped with a seating area and sun loungers. In the garage there are bicycles, which are available to you for FREE, so that you can cycle in the morning to fetch bread or also cycle beautiful bike tours in the surroundings or also just to eat ice cream in the city. Internet access with WLAN is also available (for a small fee). Our beautiful holiday home SOL y MAR (Sun and Sea) is located on the Costa Blanca, only 100 km to Alicante or Valencia.

Only about 300 m away there is a jet ski facility which invites you to an adventurous trip on the sea.
In front of the complex is the beautifully landscaped park Les Bassetes, in a few minutes on foot you can reach the park café and the children's playground. Only 1 kilometre to the centre, bakery, newsagent, Aldi, Burgerking, restaurants, all within walking distance.
Bus stop, restaurants, Burger King, cafes, supermarket, bakery, magazine shop and much more in the immediate vicinity.

Great stay
The house is located right on the beach and is equipped with everything you need and much more. The family is very nice. Overall, I can highly recommend the house. We would gladly come back next time.

Vacation at the Sea
The holiday home of the Strauss family leaves nothing to be desired!!! Perfect location, right on the beach and just a few minutes from the absolutely worth-seeing town? After four wonderful months, we unfortunately have to say goodbye. The landlords Sigrun and Manfred are always reachable and have given us some valuable tips. An incredibly nice couple!!! With a heavy heart, we leave Denia and the two of them.? Hopefully, we will see each other again soon. Werner and Susanne Scheifinger with Havanese Chico?

Great accommodation right by the sea.
Great holiday home in a beautiful quiet complex with a pool and direct access to the sea. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the beach and the pool in October with beautiful sunshine. We would love to come back.

Pleasant holiday home for spending the winter near the beach.
We stayed at the holiday home of the Strauss family from mid-February to the end of April and felt very comfortable. The house was pleasantly warm due to the existing gas heating. The house was well equipped. The Strauss family took care of everything if something was missing or defective. Just great. The location of the house was perfect, just a few steps and you were at the beach. The complex and the house are very well maintained. We will definitely come back at a later date.
