Baveno. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted).

Special
Air conditioning, central heating. The heating is available approximately from 15/10 to 15/04. The air conditioning is available approximately from 15/06 to 25/08. Both are switched on at the hotel’s discretion. This may depend on weather conditions. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and telephone. Television reception is via satellite. 2 German-language TV channels and one English-language TV channel.
For your security, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (12 m x 25 m). Children’s pool. THE POOL PARK IS 2 KM FROM THE ACCOMMODATION. The pool is solar-heated and covered during the cold season. Access is always free for guests of the Carl&Do residence, and each apartment is provided with one parasol and two sun loungers. The adventure park consists of a series of water slides available to the residence’s guests. Each apartment has 30 free slides per stay during opening hours. Time restrictions apply. In addition, there is an “adventure park” near the swimming pools with hanging courses and panoramic views. You will receive all necessary information at reception upon check-in. Please note that a swimming cap is compulsory.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and instead of a shower there could be a bathtub.
