The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing, and courtyard.

Balatonföldvár. The holiday flat is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
