Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Here is the English translation: For cancellations made 60 to 89 days before the start of the rental period, we charge a flat fee of €100.00. For written cancellations between 14 and 59 days before arrival, the guest will receive half of their deposit back. For cancellations within 14 days before the start of the rental period, the host has the right to retain the entire deposit. The date of receipt of the written cancellation by the landlord is decisive. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The guest has the right to provide a substitute tenant who will take over the booking in full. For the rebooking and additional work, the host will charge a processing fee of €50.00; no cancellation fees will be incurred in this case. If the guest departs early during their stay, the agreed total rental price plus additional costs must still be paid.

The well-maintained property is in top condition and very well equipped. It is located in a quiet urbanization and has a good view. The landlord and manager were always available for questions. The handling was completely uncomplicated.

Great house
We as a family had a great, relaxing time there. My children were super relaxed. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed the quiet, cozy breakfast by the pool, right down to the evening relaxation moments in the pool. The contact is super friendly. Too bad the vacation goes by so quickly.

On a motorhome tour through Spain, I first discovered the town of Calpe in the summer of 2022. I was immediately fascinated by the clean beaches, the small bays, the coastal mountains in the hinterland and of course the Peñon de Ifach, our local mountain, which gives Calpe a special face. As a passionate cyclist, the region offers me an ideal combination of challenging mountain routes as well as easy tours through the breathtaking landscape. And all this all year round, combined with Mediterranean lifestyle, in Calpe it is always season. I found the CASA BANET in November 2022 in the notice board of an estate agent's office, it was then a spontaneous decision. Short distances to the sea and the city, but still having the necessary distance to experience the tranquillity and to be able to relax. The house is located in the urbanisation Carrió on the outskirts of Calpe. From there, I reach Moraira via the coastal road after a few kilometres, another beautiful place on the Costa Blanca next to Calpe. When are you coming to Calpe?
