Bright, modern, and well-appointed vacation home with swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna located close to the popular, child-friendly Bratten Beach. The cottage's pool area includes a large swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna with room for four people. The swimming pool is 15 m² and has a slide for children and a children's pool. There are air-to-air heat pumps, which ensure minimal heating costs in the pool area. The underfloor heating in the pool room and bathroom is heated with water from an electric water heater. The focal point of the holiday home is the large kitchen/family room, where the kitchen and living room are combined in one large, bright room. There is plenty of space for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and the long dining table is perfect for dinner with the whole family. The room also has a cozy sofa group where you can relax and enjoy a movie, a game, or something else. The living room has a wood-burning stove for cold weather and a TV, DVD player, and Chromecast. The house can accommodate seven people in three bedrooms with comfortable beds, closet space, and TVs. There are also two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The terrace around the house is absolutely fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your vacation outdoors. There are two terraces, so you can move around to follow the sun throughout the day. The many secluded nooks are perfect for everything from sunbathing and relaxing to barbecuing on a warm summer evening. The large terraces invite you to enjoy both the morning and evening sun, the tranquility, and nature in beautiful surroundings.The house is located on a large plot with trees, where there are swings and a sandbox, so there are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, play, and togetherness. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.

sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt, 5 Sterne haben wir auch nicht erwartet Empfehlungen: Für gepflegte Langeweile und lange Spaziergänge am Strand sehr zu empfehlen.

Allgemeinzustand sehr frisch und gepflegt.An der Ausstattung fällt nichts.Grundstück ist sehr groß, es gibt Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder draußen, und sogar Familie von Fasanen lebt auf dem Grundstück. Also eigener Zoo ist auch vorhanden. Highlight ist der Pool, hat richtig Spaß gemacht.Ganz in der Nähe ist ein großartiger Strand. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, das ist für uns sehr wichtig gewesen, keine Hundehaare - wunderbar! Empfehlungen: Man kann Ostsee mit Nordsee sich berühren sehen. Das muss gesehen werden!

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist ziemlich neu, mit einer normalen Ausstattung, ohne Mikrowelle, dafür aber mit scharfen Messern. Der Poolbereich ist in Ordnung, allerdings ist der Schalter für die Gegenstromanlage sehr ungünstig und schwer erreichbar. Der Sandkasten draußen für die Kleinkinder ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und muss dringend ersetzt werden. Wenn man mit Sieben Personen reisen möchte fehlt ein Stuhl am Tisch dafür gibt es nur einen Hocker. Die Außenmöbel waren reichlich vorhanden, sowie ein Gasgrill. Wir haben diese nicht ausprobiert, da wir im Herbst dort waren und es dafür zu kalt war. Den Fußpfad zum Strand ist etwas schwierig zu finden, aber es ist sehr schön dort durch zu gehen. Der Strandabschnitt ist sehr schön. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Feriengebiet, man hört auch keine vorbeifahrenden Auto oder ähnliches.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche ist für Leute die gerne kochen ideal. Der Pool ist für die Kinder wunderbar. Zu Fuß ist man in nicht ganz 10 Minuten am Strand. Empfehlungen: Supermärkte gibt es in 5 Minuten Autofahrt. Ein Ausflug nach Skagen zum nördlichsten Punkt Dänemark lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Vor allem das Naturschauspiel wo sich Ost und Nordsee treffen.
