*The OUTDOOR offers a private, heated 32 sqm (8m x 4m) swimming pool, 6 deck chairs, outdoor shower, and a charcoal/wood barbecue for your grill skills. In front of the dining/living room is a covered dining area for 8 people and outdoor table tennis. There is also table soccer in the garage area. The views from the whole property are on the natural environment and quiet neighborhood.
* The GROUND floor area next to the pool offers a stylish living area (42sqm) with flat screen TV, A/C, direct exit to outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle...), a dining area with a table for 6 people, and a covered terrace with two chairs. A family bathroom NO1 (5sqm) with a shower. A Laundry is in a separate room with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The FIRST floor offers two master bedrooms:
Bedroom NO1 (13sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, en-suite Bathroom NO2 with a shower (5sqm) and a balcony with pool views.
Bedroom NO2 (12sqm) with queen size bed 160cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, a balcony with pool views.

The local area is very unspoiled, quiet and offers a relaxed and stress-free vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, Omiš and river Cetina offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, boat tours on the river and to island Brač, water sports...and many more. If you prefer to enjoy your privacy at the property, you have opportunity to arrange additional services like a private chef, a rafting tour or a masseuse to the property (not included, all can be arranged before or during your stay)Villa PERA is located only 6km far from the center of the small town Omiš with many restaurants, open market, history attractions, and activities.
Due to the vicinity of the famous town Split (half hour drive, 26km) it is a must visit point with many history attractions, a famous Diocletian's palace, and more. All traffic communications are near: the SPU airport (42 km), main seaport in Split (26 km) and the motorway Blato Na Cetini (15 km), golf and tennis courts only 19km far from the villa.
